“Recently dropped my phone down a a hole while ice fishing. I wasn’t able to log into my iCloud to retrieve my backups or data because the phone number associated with the account was on the bottom of a lake. It took a few visits but nonetheless they helped me get another phone activated so I was able to log into apple and retrieve everything. Great service at this store and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been here on multiple occasions and dealt with multiple staff and each time everything went well and I got all the info I needed and more when they weren’t able to settle an issue on that particular visit.”

“We've been T-Mobile customers since 2007. We were talked into xfinity mobile for a few months. Big mistake it was terrible. We switched back to T-Mobile and got some great deals on new phones. There was a few hiccups in the billing, and corprate cusomer service was unable to sort it out. But after contacting the Lino Lakes store, Lexi was super helpful and quick to get things set right. Thank you, we will be sure to come into the store with any other needs.”

“I was at the store a few days ago and when I walked in I witnessed a crazy lady screaming and cussing at the reps (whom soon helped me), claiming she was overcharged when she left she slammed the door and hit the window!!!! To that point when my name was called to say I was hesitant was an understatement…. However I was pleasantly surprised when those same two gentlemen Nigel and Michael I believe where the kindest and smartest gentlemen I’ve worked with at that store. They where super well educated and new there stuff and explained in great detail my new bill. When I got the survey of I could give a 20 I would it was fantastic. I will always be coming back here in the future to work with those gentlemen as it was the best experience I’ve ever had. And to that lady who left the store upset I wish she would learn to listen and control her anger and treat people with respect.”

I stopped in to the store at Rosedale today and the Retail Service Manager heard my story AND FIXED THE PROBLEM IN 3 MINUTES FLAT. (I'm sorry, I can't recall her name right now, but she is awesome!)

Walked right in with no wait, Picked up the new phones, ready to go with easy at home transfer and then dropped off the old ones with no issues once we took everything off them we needed. Adam even took a look at our account to make sure everything was best fit for us. Great service.”
“I stopped in today to find out why my google photos weren't syncing to my Chromebook? Also why the voice mail wouldn't let me call it? Lana had me all fixed up in less than 10 minutes!! Also added the visual voicemail icon to my screen. Updated some settings so the photos will always sync and not only when it's searched for a wifi signal. I appreciated her extremely swift service and kind attitude. Thanks Lana I much appreciated the fixes and describing the steps you took to make the changes... should I have a future issue!!”
