When i realized i needed to reset my old phone to a factory setting, another team member was just as helpful. Not all tmobile stores are the same. When I need help in the future again, this is the store I'll come back to. Again, love the store's culture with a strong focus on customer service and support.”
“My experience with Xfinity in Roseville has always been really quick. The store is not only clean but the staff is also professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and lets me know approximately the time wait. People come in expect to get in and out within 5 minutes unfortunately it doesn't happen that easy. Some customers take more time than others and that's what other customers fail to realize. Patience is a virtue and respecting everyone will get you a long ways.”
