βMy 25 year old Cole Haan loafers needed the soles replaced, and I was not ready to give the shoes up yet. In spite of a botched attempt some years back by another shop to properly replace the soles, George's staff was able to make them just like the day I bought them. These guys are true craftsmen.β
βMy husband and I were just in the Roseville location and Jeno waited on us! Best service ever. He measured my husbands foot and he went back into the clearance section and found 2 pairs of tennis shoes that would work for his neuropathy. I even found 2 pairs of Brooks myself. Jeno went above and beyond running back and forth to get mates for the shoes and always with a smile! Thanks!β

βStaff are well informed of all shoes/boots they carry along with other brands. Purchased a set of work boots that could be cobbled when worn out. Those boots had a bad batch of rubber for the soles and started separating a month into use. I wasn’t around to bring them in for warranty until a few months had passed. When I brought them in with the receipt and explained the situation, there were no questions asked other than “What size boot are those?” Within 10 minutes of arriving I was walking out with a new set of boots, exchanged and warranted without hesitation. I’ve been looking for a shoe store that knows their stuff and keeps the customer first. Chet’s is that store! I’ve since purchased a winter set of boots and referred many coworkers to them. Great prices, great staff, great store.β

βThe lady working at the Vans store was so warm and welcoming! I went in to return a pair of shoes today and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a retail store in a long time. I didn’t catch her name, but she just seemed like a genuinely nice and friendly person - no fake, pretentious vibe that I can easily get at a store like Athletica. It’s been a while since someone’s demeanor at a store actually made me super comfortable and want to buy something before I left.β
βSo much selection! I went in for a bandana and walked out with extension, a wig, makeup, hair care products and 3 different colored bandanas. The staff were well informed and very helpful. Reasonably priced and good quality products.β

βOne of a kind experience. I took my Chetβs Shoes socks on a trip through Ontario that the young lady recommended. Such comfort on a hiking trip! With my sweaty feet, I was shocked that these socks held up. I will be returning for more socks!!!β

βFriendly and accommodating staff in the Rosedale Center location. Bought some Parker Monogram mugs and I asked if they have individual boxes to put them in but there was none. A female staff on the floor told me I shouldnβt worry because they have good packing paper for them. Elle at the cash register then individually wrapped, taped and put them in separate small bags. What patience and superb customer service! I love it!β

She had just arrived and unlocked the door and took care of us right away even though she hadnβt set up yet.She was very knowledgeable and helpful since we knew little.Pickup - Raquel was ready as promised. Unfortunately, I only had Apple Pay and they werenβt set up for TAP. She was kind enough to allow me to pay her later. Amazing service.β

This wonderful associate I believe her name was maria or miria i dont remember the spelling of her name was extremely helpful not only did she give me recommendations but she was able to give me some solutions as well!
