“Trinity Auto in White Bear Lake is the real deal.
They performed a free oil change for me during their annual Salute to Veterans event—and even provided lunch. That alone says a lot about who they are, but the service backs it up. The staff is always extremely friendly and professional. They walk you around your vehicle while it’s on the hoist and show you exactly what they’re looking at.
Both of their shops are unbelievably clean and well-organized—honestly some of the cleanest automotive facilities I’ve ever stepped into. The pride they take in their workspace gives me confidence they’ll take the same level of care with my vehicle.

I am a teacher and have appreciated the teacher discount. I have sent many, many of my teacher friends and my family to this location. I recently heard that since there is new management/ownership this is no longer being honored and I am saddened to hear that.There are four schools within a mile of this location! The service was good during that experience, I have decided to use Green Line Auto for my personal vehicle. I have been there twice and have excellent and very thorough service both times.

My Air-conditioning, exhaust, shocks, tires, its all been taken care of at their facility. “Friendly staff. The mechanic YER Hang did a good job finding a way to replace the inner tie rod in such a tie area to work with, there were some adjustments that had to be made during the process and he was there to let me know going foward to replace it, no extra charge. I am very satisfied.”
“Very courteous. I stopped in with my brake light on. I had checked the emergency brake (obviously not well enough). He popped the hood, evaluated the brake fluid, then fixed the emergency brake. No charge and I was on my way. Honest and helpful. I would recommend.”
“This place has great customer service! I was offered a ticket to get a free small cup of coffee or other drinks from the gas station that is connected to them while I wait. I got my brakes and oil changed from this shop. They checked everything I told them about the issues I had with my car. They inspected the issues and told me the prices & what the issues were before doing anything. The prices weren't too expensive, it was doable. I don't mind going back there again.
Update: They don't offer free coffee/drinks anymore.”
