“Wonderful bank with small town customer service and big bank technology backbone:I have been a customer here for over 10 years. I have come to expect and appreciate the excellent personal customer experience, where from the teller to the VP everyone knows me by name. What is a welcome surprise though is that they also provide an excellent online experience. I am doing financial transactions with multiple other services for my 401k and mortgages with other much bigger institutions and must say the Charter Bank online system is equally (if not better) easy to use, reliable, and comprehensive. So kudos to Charter Bank.”
“Awesome branch and bank, very friends staff! Online services are straight forward and easy to navigate. Twice I received overdraft charges for extenuating circumstances. Both times the local and corporate support were able to work with me to get these resolved! The loan officer was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend this bank!”

“We use old national for business. It has been a very good experience. The lobby is clean and inviting. The staff are professional and helpful. The drive through is easy to use, nice big screens to see who you are working with. The ATM has worked well for us outside normal bank hours.”
“I've banked here for many years. Never had an issue. I'm not an employee, but I'm pretty sure they would nod yes to this review.Basically you won't have any problems with any bank if you try to do the following:1) Manage your money. I'm very middle class, not rich. But I have no issues saving and managing my expenses so I'm not living hand-to-mouth. Please don't freak out and leave a 1-star review when the bank hasn't deposited the funds 10 seconds after you deposit a check. That's more of a reflection on you, not the bank.2) Stop asking the bank to do things for you when you don't bother to have an account there. A bank is not a public service for everyone, it's a private business.3) A bank is not a fast food drive through. Don't be upset when you can't get through in 2 minutes. If you want to get upset at someone, then focus on the real problem: people who want to go through the drive through to apply for a mortgage, argue for 10 minutes about the balance on their account, etc.These three things account for 90% of the poor reviews here. I'm sure there are countless others like me who have never had an issue with Old National Chaska downtown location.”
“I switched to Hometown due to needing something closer to home. I'm glad because I found that small town bank feel that I didn't realize I was even missing before! To be able to walk in and the staff knows you by name is a neat thing. I love being able to walk in and ask questions and have conversations with real people that truly want to help. “GREAT EXPERIENCE! Our furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving. We visited HomeTown Bank to discuss financing options at 4:30 pm on Wednesday night before the holiday break. We were greeted and were able to meet with a loan officer within minutes. We were not account holders at HomeTown bank but were not treated any differently. Kim Bun discussed a few financial options to fund a furnace for our home. Walking in, I felt out of sorts but walking out we felt at ease after meeting with her. She was knowledgeable, kind, and truly listened to our circumstances. I appreciated being treated like an individual and not just another cog in the machine.Thank you HomeTown Bank and Kim Bun! We will be moving all of our business over to Hometown Bank because of this great experience.”

“I recently moved to Chaska, and I do transactions at the bank quite frequently. I typically ask for very specific bills, and sometimes have questions. I really like working with Noah, he asks appropriate questions with out sounding like he has to because it is his job. The other banker with red hair and a strong accent is not nearly as pleasant (which is why its getting 4 stars instead of five). I'll continue going to this location & try to get in Noah's line.”

“I initially opened this account because I worked nearby the bank and it was convenient. It has been four years since I have switched jobs, and now live and work at least 10 miles away from the nearest branch. I have stayed with them because of their superior customer service. When I have an issue, I can call and speak to a human being. They universally deliver the type of customer service that every business should deliver. It used to be inconvenient when I would need to deposit a check, but since Alerus took over there is mobile banking, so I take a picture, and it's in my account. I am able to withdraw cash without a surcharge from a huge selection of ATMs - so there is only one downside. If I need to withdraw a large sum of money, I have to go to a branch and their hours are somewhat limited. This rarely happens - and the exceptional service more than offsets this. I recommend Alerus for anyone who is tired of the poor customer service that the large banks frequently deliver.”

“I have been banking at Truestone For so long now they have a banker there by the name of Joshua Perez he has helped me out with buying my first home and when I got into a crash And totaled out my car he helped me with getting a car loan to get me a new car he the best! All of the employees are great but I work with him the most out of all the people that work at the bank. but they are the most friendliest people I have met as far as banking experiences you get is like no other. This is what you call a home town bank!”
