“Five stars for my stylist, Micah. She was great and made time for me when I didn’t have an appointment. Although I didn’t purchase a dress, she did help me figure out what I liked and didn’t. It was so great to work with a stylist as personable as her.”

Patrick was very patient and was able to help me with the scanner thing and figured out ive been wrong size for years!!
After a few days though something was off, and had a massive blister. Did the scan thing again with Marcus and figured out that the right heel was just a fraction smaller than left and tried a half size smaller and it fit perfectly! I thought I would have to pay to swap them, he swapped them free of charge!
That was over a month ago and now they are broken in and fit perfectly and are great for work and about town!

“First time visiting here, really great experience. Got greeted upon entering and shown a quick rundown of the store. Fantastic selection of brands and styles. They had a no cost machine to get all my feet details.
The best part of my experience was Matt B, super friendly customer service, explained options, was understanding, and helped me try and swap between many pairs of shoes and types. Upon settling on a type we found it was unfortunately not carried by them and he was super friendly about it even though he loses out on commission. Thanks Matt for a great experience and finding shoes that work for me! Will be back in the future.”
“My husband Sam went in tonight with a shoe emergency and was lucky enough to encounter Bob. According to Sam, Bob is the best shoe salesman he has ever met. “I was looking for a pair of Hoka slip ons for men. Vinnie, the store manager, was extremely helpful with showing me what was available and additional lace options that would make an existing pair of Hoka’s closer to a slip-on. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk with. Tradehome has a very large selection of men’s and women’s Hoka’s. Makes it easier to decide which style works best when you can try them on! I’ll be back next time I need to replace my current Hoka’s! Thanks for your help Vinnie!”

“Me and my brother had a bunch of shoes we were looking to sell and these dudes were honestly the best people to sell to and we won't be going to other stores anymore. The process was super easy and the guys are more than fair as long as you aren't asking crazy prices which would obviously get turned down. One of the easiest selling processes I've ever had and store was pretty cool as well. I can't speak for other people but I don't know how these dudes can't be 5 stars lol.”

“I had good experience in the store. The staff is nice and I managed to try couple of series until I found the best fit version and size. However the color I want is not available. But I’ll definitely come back to the store next time if I plan for my shoes update.”
