“Look...Sun and Slope doesn't sell cheap stuff. But MY WORD do they sell good stuff. 100% wool and fashionable. Midwest Mountaineering can set you up in wool with a "hiking Patagonia" look, but only Sun and Slope can get you the same fabrics, ready to wear in the streets of Paris. If you're lucky enough to visit often, you might even be able to build yourself an "I get cold easily" date-night outfit or two off the clearance racks (they're generous about leaving items there long enough to find a good home at a more affordable price--$40-$100 instead of $80-$300). I highly recommend this store to anyone in the market for fashionable performance wear -- there's nowhere else quite like it in the area that I'm aware of.”

“I really appreciate Schuler Shoes. As I get older I need a well made, supportive shoe and this is the place to go to find them. I love that they have a sales rack in the back of the store. Because I love to find a deal! The Maple Grove store is my favorite, but I've had similar experiences at the Wayzata and St Louis Park locations. There is always someone available to help and get you a pair to try on. I prefer to look around at first on my own and there is always someone asking if I need assistance. When I do narrow my selections down I've found the employees I've interacted with are knowledgeable and helpful. Though the prices are higher you are getting really great quality foot wear that will last. A mush better investment that will keep your feet happy!”

“Excellent top notch customer service. I came in to the store after buying a pair of Red Wing boots second hand from someone. They were my size but were hurting the top of my foot. Ryan, the store manager, was SO knowledgeable. He immediately was familiar with the name and style of my boots and knew right away what the problem was. It was a simple as the thickness of socks I was wearing. He let me try on a different pair of thicker socks and my feet immediately felt better. He let me keep the socks even! This is why Red Wing is the best there is. I will definitely be back in for all my work boots and shoes. A+++ across the board. A stellar product backed by stellar service.”

“The guy was prompt, very good customer service. Worked out quickly what I might need. He was very knowledgeable and really gave me a great fitting boot, in the style I liked. We went over soles and he recommended the right ones I do believe. It’s a first time for me getting red wing boots and it was excellent. Really like how they fit work all day standing on feet at O’Reilly Auto. Not enough I could say about the salesman. I will be coming back for more, might be the only place I stop for boots in future, due to how good everything worked and was solved for me. Also love the foot machine, really gave me some perspective.”

“My mom and I came in yesterday and they were amazing. They stopped talking and asked me how I was doing and they talked to me. The atmosphere is amazing and they are very lenient on pricing as they sold me the mocha 3s for $50 and I included the Jordan 1 high brotherhoods used. Very clean store that’s well taken care of and the prices for both used and new is amazing and the used pairs look brand new! They respond really fast and nice on instagram during their regular business hours. The store is very well organized with the kids sizes on the left and the adult sizes on the right. Great selection would’ve bought more if I brought all my money! They are very enthusiastic about what they’re doing I totally recommend this store for anyone who loves nice clean shoes! “Visiting Nordstrom's Racks sometimes feel like a treasure hunt. You never know if you're going to find that designer bag or shoes for 80% off or if all you're going to find is the Nordstrom rack brand items. That's what makes it fun!The Rack in Maple Grove is decent sized and well laid out. They tend to have a bit of a smaller selection of the higher end designers that you can find at the Mall of America Nordstrom rack but still a decent variety. They carry women's, men's, children's, shoes, accessories and home goods. Parking is plentiful but the traffic flow is a little tricky directing you right into the first row. That row gets 100% of incoming traffic so I'd recommend parking one or two over. Customer service here is always good. While you are kind of on your own to hunt the racks (if you want a personalized shopping experience head to the actual Nordstrom's) the employees always seem to be in a good mood and helpful when checking out. Dressing rooms are always clean and they have plenty of spaces to try on items. It helps when people return unwanted items to the return racks so do your part and don't leave them in the room. Overall I think visiting this location is fun and I rarely leave empty handed!”

“I visited JJill recently and embarrassed myself. Before I left home I grabbed a tank top to return that I had purchased recently, and I had my receipt. The sales woman gently noted that I had the wrong top for the receipt I brought along. She looked at my online sales history. That top although unworn, was a year old! At first I didn't believe her. Then the realization hit me. She was right. I'd grabbed the wrong one. To be honest, I had sorta stressed to her she was incorrect before I realized my mistake.This woman was so kind to me! She alowed me to return this top anyway! Then helped me find a duster in a size I didn't know I needed. It did fit perfectly.
