Yesterday, I walked in and felt a tinge of anxiety asking for a money order (since I’ve never asked for one and I didn’t know what it looked like) but learned it was actually a cashier check I needed because of the amount for my new place. I was lucky enough to get Ibrahem, behind the counter, who took the time to explain the difference, importance and helped me obtain the document needed. His customer service and understanding left a wonderful impression. I always enjoy going to this WSP location whether it’s the ATM or inside, my needs are met with a genuine smile.”
