That said, the selection felt limited—especially when it comes to trendy or up-to-date items like cute sandals. Compared to other Rainbow locations, this one could use a bit more variety. Still, a solid spot if you’re looking for affordable essentials.”

“My 25 year old Cole Haan loafers needed the soles replaced, and I was not ready to give the shoes up yet. In spite of a botched attempt some years back by another shop to properly replace the soles, George's staff was able to make them just like the day I bought them. These guys are true craftsmen.”

“Best service experience ever!!!There’s a girl named Max who was super nice and helpful. I was intending to only take a peek at one pair of shoes that I saw outside of the store. At the moment I was not really think of buying them. But she offered me so many pair of shoes that I might like based on what I picked at first and brought them out together for me to try on.

“I live in Southern California, so I am no stranger to many, many, well-stocked Vans stores. This one stacks up to the best of 'em.
The day we visited they were having a 30-40% sale on most of the store, and we got some great deals on clothing.
I pretty much exclusively wear the regular black Vans crew socks, they're so comfortable. The skateboarding line of shoes has great soles, and this store has the full line.
Make sure you sign up for the Vans family rewards, you get vouchers pretty often, it's totally worth it.”

“I had an issue with a pair of shoes I purchased in FL and di not have my receipt upon my return home. I found out that most Vans stores history is not linked and they can not look it up for me, HOWEVER, Tyler and Dominic at Vans - Rosedale Center were willing to take care of me anyway. IN fact, they were so helpful in getting that pair exchanged, I ended up buying 4 more pairs. It was a great experience and I can't wait to work with them again. Thank you guys.”

“I never leave reviews, but I just have to give a shoutout to Taylor. She came up to me and asked if I needed help and I did! She brought me so many pairs of jeans, exactly what I asked for and I ended up loving 2 pairs but my budget allowed for 1. She hyped me up in the right pair and even figured out my original size was too big! Win win! Thank you Taylor!!”
“Still a strong selection across men’s, women’s, and youth gear, with racks full and sizes easy to find. Fleece, insulated layers, and lightweight trail wear were plentiful, and the deals were calling louder than a Jedi mind trick.
Youth jackets and fleeces were especially impressive this visit, with solid pricing and plenty of colors. Men’s and women’s layers were well organized, and the “extra % off at checkout” deals stacked up nicely once again.
Clean store, easy browsing, and friendly staff willing to help without hovering — balance in the retail Force, this is.
Final verdict: great return visit, strong value, and still one of the better spots to gear up for cold-weather missions without draining your galactic credits. Temptation to buy more than planned… powerful it remains.”

My concern was handled literally the next business day in the morning. Not only was it handled, it handled in a great way. Shout out to Colin, especially, who was communicative and gave a host of options to address my concerns. I also got discounts for future shopping. With that said, the boots are also amazing.
