That said, the selection felt limited—especially when it comes to trendy or up-to-date items like cute sandals. Compared to other Rainbow locations, this one could use a bit more variety. Still, a solid spot if you’re looking for affordable essentials.”

“My 25 year old Cole Haan loafers needed the soles replaced, and I was not ready to give the shoes up yet. In spite of a botched attempt some years back by another shop to properly replace the soles, George's staff was able to make them just like the day I bought them. These guys are true craftsmen.”
“Came in a few weeks ago to check out running shoes. The manager, Julian, was extremely helpful in giving recommendations and picking out some great shoes to try on. I didnt make my decision that day, but came back a couple weeks later after doing some reading on the shoes. I ended up selecting one of the shoes he recommended. My size wasn't in stock, but he was able to place an order at no additional charge to be delivered directly to my residence.
Overall my experience in the store was great. I don't write many reviews and it takes some excellent service to get me to take the time to write one. I highly recommend this store for all of your shoe needs. Julian went above and beyond.”

“I live in Southern California, so I am no stranger to many, many, well-stocked Vans stores. This one stacks up to the best of 'em.
The day we visited they were having a 30-40% sale on most of the store, and we got some great deals on clothing.
I pretty much exclusively wear the regular black Vans crew socks, they're so comfortable. The skateboarding line of shoes has great soles, and this store has the full line.
Make sure you sign up for the Vans family rewards, you get vouchers pretty often, it's totally worth it.”

“The lady working at the Vans store was so warm and welcoming! I went in to return a pair of shoes today and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in a retail store in a long time. I didn’t catch her name, but she just seemed like a genuinely nice and friendly person - no fake, pretentious vibe that I can easily get at a store like Athletica. It’s been a while since someone’s demeanor at a store actually made me super comfortable and want to buy something before I left.”

“I wanted to give a big shout out to customer service for Minnetonka. My order of knee high boots came with a small defect and I filed for some support. My concern was handled literally the next business day in the morning. Not only was it handled, it handled in a great way. “Finally found a pair of shoes to replace my old discontinued Bostonian's, nay, I would say an upgrade. Love my new shoes, feel great, look grate and holding up well after 2 months! “Still a strong selection across men’s, women’s, and youth gear, with racks full and sizes easy to find. Fleece, insulated layers, and lightweight trail wear were plentiful, and the deals were calling louder than a Jedi mind trick.
Youth jackets and fleeces were especially impressive this visit, with solid pricing and plenty of colors. Men’s and women’s layers were well organized, and the “extra % off at checkout” deals stacked up nicely once again.
Clean store, easy browsing, and friendly staff willing to help without hovering — balance in the retail Force, this is.
Final verdict: great return visit, strong value, and still one of the better spots to gear up for cold-weather missions without draining your galactic credits. Temptation to buy more than planned… powerful it remains.”
