“I’ve come here for years. Today, was helped by Cameron Leahy to resolve a major fraud issue on my account. Was told he couldn’t actually fix it since it didn’t happen at that location but he could help facilitate getting the process started. Explained how the scammers were able to bypass my account security, showed me step by step how they wormed their way through to get two new phones under my name as well as reset my pin, and assisted me with the Verizon Fraud Dept. None of which he had to do as it didn’t involve them as a private retail seller. Very impressed and highly grateful.”

“Fosmon Wave Link 51005HOM works great for our two cats! Didn't need the bracket. Used 3M removable Velcro to attach sensor to wall 8" from floor near litter box pathway. Plugged in receiver in another centrally located room. Now when the vet visits require a "sample" we know who used the litter box. Great being able to choose chime volume and type. Can't thank these folks enough for creating a really smart unit.”
“My Samsung Text Messges stopped. I went in Mon. Ezell helped me the best he could. I went Back Tues. Ezell sold me a new Samsung, but my info would not transfer. I went in 2 times on Wed. for 3 hours total Ezell tried evrything he could to help me out. All the while he was helping up to 3 other customers at the exact same time. “Xavier was a genuine hero!(Also, Falaq was very kind and helpful, when I called to follow up) .I will be forever grateful to Xavier for helping my autistic young adult son after he was harassed and his belongings were stolen on the Greenline train. He got off before his usual stop for work and entered the nearest store looking for help. It was this Metro By T-Mobile location and Xavier knew right away something was up. Xavier was a steady and calm presence when my son was confused and upset, calling me and keeping my son with him until I could get there. My son can often miss some social cues as he learns to be more independent but he knew right away that Xavier was a safe person and the store was a safe place.These good men are clearly the energy needed in our sometimes lively urban neighborhood. It is clear they see their work as more than just peddling electronic devices; they genuinely care about people in their community.Xavier is exactly the kind of man Mister Rogers was talking about when he said “look for the helpers”. I am so grateful for his kindness to my son.”
