“Clean store. Saw paper towels and windex out. Everyone including myself was greeted in a timely fashion. Nada went above and beyond. I traded my old iPhone 6s on my old rate plan and she found me a promo and made sure I was taken care of even when the upgrade system was down. She took one for the team and she had earned her title. And she’s a 12/10. Awesome store. Awesome store manager. This is coming from someone who worked in that store 10 years ago as a younger pup.

“Recently dropped my phone down a a hole while ice fishing. I wasn’t able to log into my iCloud to retrieve my backups or data because the phone number associated with the account was on the bottom of a lake. It took a few visits but nonetheless they helped me get another phone activated so I was able to log into apple and retrieve everything. Great service at this store and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve been here on multiple occasions and dealt with multiple staff and each time everything went well and I got all the info I needed and more when they weren’t able to settle an issue on that particular visit.”

“We have been going to this AT&T store for a while and I want to say that Matt in the store is extremely helpful. He helped by his son get a new phone. He helped us sort out our account and he was very friendly and accommodating. I find the store very easy to interact with and prefer to go there for any open questions I have. “10+ years ago, I didn't like coming to this location due to the employees not being welcoming, friendly, and they were snotty when a question was asked and that was the last time there but this time my daughter wanted to go there and The employees this time were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. New workers. This location had good amount of phone, Ipad/tablet, and etc to choose from. Highly recommend this location.”

By the time I left, with the phone, all accessories needed, between mobile, auto , cords chargers, THE final out the door was over 300 dollars. I have been metro over 7 years, I think is a little harsh, to stay with metro. I could have went with, infinity, with free phone, and cheaper service. All my accessories, would have worked. I should have moved on,”

“Xavier was a genuine hero!(Also, Falaq was very kind and helpful, when I called to follow up) .I will be forever grateful to Xavier for helping my autistic young adult son after he was harassed and his belongings were stolen on the Greenline train. He got off before his usual stop for work and entered the nearest store looking for help. It was this Metro By T-Mobile location and Xavier knew right away something was up. Xavier was a steady and calm presence when my son was confused and upset, calling me and keeping my son with him until I could get there. My son can often miss some social cues as he learns to be more independent but he knew right away that Xavier was a safe person and the store was a safe place.These good men are clearly the energy needed in our sometimes lively urban neighborhood. It is clear they see their work as more than just peddling electronic devices; they genuinely care about people in their community.Xavier is exactly the kind of man Mister Rogers was talking about when he said “look for the helpers”. I am so grateful for his kindness to my son.”

“I'm pretty happy with my experience here...Most all Repair stores I've used charge so much it's not worth repairing. Too bad the owner of the Suburban Ave., MetroPCS St. Paul store is NOT helpful, especially when adding another plan on your account! 1) Make sure you get the actual phone as advertised, 2) get the plan you intended, and 3) he automatically adds phone insurance coverage - make sure you want this or not!”
