“This review is long overdue but I wanted to make sure I got it up here so others know how great this dealership is. I bought my new palisade back in July and it was the best car purchasing experience I have had to date. Our sales guy, Garrett was absolutely phenomenal. It started out over the phone with him because we knew exactly what we wanted but had a less than desirable experience a few days prior with another dealership. He listened to what we wanted, gave us info on our trade in and delivered everything he said he would upon our arrival in a timely manner as requested. The new vehicle was pulled up all washed and ready for a test drive when we arrived. After our test drive all we had to do was go through a couple things with the trade and we were quickly on our way into George’s office (he was also wonderful) to finish with financing quickly just as we were hoping. Although Garrett was very busy that day he then took a significant amount of time to sit in the new car with us and go over all the features. We drove to this specific dealership even though it was much further than another because of his service. It was well worth the extra drive time. I usually dread dealing with the new vehicle purchasing process but he made it a great experience - so much so that I sent my parents his way for a new vehicle as well and would recommend Garrett and Burkle Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle.”

“I visited Apple Ford while vacationing back home in my home state of MN. Since I had some time on my hands and was in the market for a new truck I decided to visit the local Ford dealership. My salesperson was Alex Hight. We first sat down with each other on June 2nd when I visited the dealership to look at and test drive a Ford F-150. Alex was very kind and accommodating and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and he answered all of my questions pertaining to the vehicle. Since I was an out-of-state customer (from KS) I told Alex I was only there to test drive and get questions answered about the F-150. I was told if I wanted a particular trim level with certain options and a truck wasn’t on any of their lots that I would need to place a brand new order for my truck to be built at the factory. I understand I could’ve taken all of Alex’s information he so kindly shared with me and ordered my truck at my local dealership in Kansas. But I didn’t do that. Since I was so impressed with Alex’s knowledge and great customer service, I decided to order my truck with Alex through Apple Ford. We did the order completely over the phone. Since the order/build was going to take a few months to complete Alex communicated with me via text to keep me informed of when my truck was built, shipped and delivered to the dealership. Once the truck was delivered most of the final sale/transaction information was completed via text/phone call. That same day I wired the funds to pay for the truck. When it was time to travel back to the dealership to take possession of the vehicle all that was needed was some signatures on paperwork and the keys handed over to me. Alex took the time to walk around the vehicle with me and answer any final questions I had. The whole experience was painless, easy and convenient as it relates to an out-of-state transaction. The Finance Office handled the final transaction papers with great and quick service. All and all it was an enjoyable experience as it pertains to the purchase of a new car. If you’re looking for a new Ford to buy I highly recommend doing business with Apple Ford in White Bear Lake, MN. If you have a choice in salesperson ask for Alex when you are first greeted at the door. You won’t be disappointed!”
