“I like Lamettrys! In January I a car accident in my 2 month old car. Because my car was so new it was hard to get the parts quickly, so the repair took a long time, 2 months. But, I had a service rep, Andy, who called me every week to keep me updated on parts and the process. If I needed something from my car, he made it easy for me to get what I needed. Lamettrys is family owned and it has that kind of feel. Their customer service is excellent which is unheard of these days. I will definitely refer friends and family there.”

“Was going out west hunting and needed my truck checked out before the trip. They called me and said everything checked out good with a few items, the front suspension was dry, a small leak in my radiator hose, and all fluids were topped off. I asked how much was the charge, they said 20$ I was surprised as nothing is less than 100$ usually. This is the second time I've used them, the first was replacing a motor in my Escalade,. That price was 800$ less than 2 other shops. The mechanics are seasoned and really know their cars, would recommend them to anyone...”

“I have never been so happy after leaving a shop before. After all the money I spent today I was skeptical that they did not do what they quoted me! Karl has been super honest and knowledgeable. I feel that a lot of auto shops take an advantage of women not knowing about cars. The auto shop on Conway sent me pictures of my vehicle and the maintenance information. Sent me quotes via email. Explained my bill to me. I can say that I am very satisfied. I don’t like dropping my car off to shops and like to be there when they work on it, but today I took a chance and the results was worth it. Drives like new and have no complaints.”

Crossroads handled all the hard extra work with the insurance company. Our vehicle was washed and cleaned for our pick up. Our vehicle looks brand new with all work completed beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!”

“Ryan, Zack and the team do what they say they’re going to do. We had an unfortunate experience with one of our vehicles while at the shop, however, these things happen. What tells you what you actually need to know about a small business is what happens next. They took ownership of the mistake and then went to work diligently to make it right. It wasn’t an easy fix either. But that’s exactly what they did and in a time where this could have been really upsetting, they showed they are the kind of stand up, family business that I will go out of my way to refer any time I can.”

“I went in to have my brakes checked out as I was smelling them burning as I drove. They checked it out pretty quickly and had a few recommendations of what it could be but had said it would be best to wait as to not replace anything unnecessary and it wouldn't hurt the car. I had gone to Midas and they wanted to replace my entire rear brakes and all so these guy are both extremely nice and honest with their work. My retired mechanic uncle recommends them as well.”

“My 4Runner was having suspensions issues. Jon and his team was able to get me in quickly and fix the issue. While picking up my car I was able to leave our other vehicle (2000 Camry) there which was having steering issues. They were able to trouble shoot and fix the problem by the next day.
