“I like Lamettrys! In January I a car accident in my 2 month old car. Because my car was so new it was hard to get the parts quickly, so the repair took a long time, 2 months. But, I had a service rep, Andy, who called me every week to keep me updated on parts and the process. If I needed something from my car, he made it easy for me to get what I needed. Lamettrys is family owned and it has that kind of feel. Their customer service is excellent which is unheard of these days. I will definitely refer friends and family there.”

“Mr. Yang Is a great guy who knows his stuff. Super nice and honest guy. Brought an alternator there and had him test it and immediately he told me what was wrong with it as I already knew the diodes were shot. He rebuilt the alternator within hours and had it looking and running like new again. Don't waste 200+ to buy refurbished alternators at auto parts store when you can have it rebuilt for half the cost and lifetime warranty. It's a win win.”
“I'm so thankful Buerkle was able to immediately determine what the problem was and get the parts ordered same day. Another shop told me to junk my car, but Buerkle got me approved for a new engine under an extended warranty at no cost. Brian in the service center did a great job communicating every step of the way and even recognized me when I came back almost 2 weeks later (they needed to get parts, no fault of their own) to get my car. Everybody did a great job, I'm so happy with their work and customer service.”

“It was a silly collision. . . Antennae vs. garage door. It took me about 2 months to get everything moving and once deciding on Caliber to do the work, I never looked back. I didn't have to, Why? Because everything they suggested, estimated, informed, and even adjusted original estimated time for repairs, was accurate and totally "customer service" focused. I knew each stage the repairs were in and that was comforting, knowing there was progress. I was included in the repairs of my vehicle! How inclusive is that! They were transparent to the customer. . .me! When I got the car back, WOW, it was clean! Detailed knowing smiles would be produced; and I had many! Someone else cared about my vehicle and me too. FIVE STAR ++ for the staff and technicians at the North St. Paul facility! Appreciative beyond words.”

“I go here for Sprinter service for my camper van. I was quite happy with Sears Imports for service but they are very far away and their lot is ridiculously tight for maneuvering an RV. I switched to MB of SP when they started their Sprinter service and there were a few communication bugs at first in scheduling. That's all in the past and the multiple times I've been there since, everything has gone very well. I never felt overcharged and the service reps with whom I spoke have been very knowledgeable about Sprinter issues. I feel lucky to be able to get my Sprinter-based camper van serviced here.”

“After stopping at many salvage yards in the metro area on a regular basis due to work related matters pertaining to used auto parts I can safely say Apex is the apex when it comes to customer service, price, kindness, virtually every other factor of a high functioning human experience. The wait time is always less than a minute, everybody knows why your there, (not like many places where the employees never seem to talk to teach other because only 1 person knows anything), what they say over telecommunication is consistent with close proximal communication, the prices are extremely reasonable.. there might have been one time out of dozens where they were in the process of moving parts around and couldn't locate something which they were able to inform you in short order, rather than waiting around for 15+ minutes to find out, proving that they are indeed human and not some artificial intelligence created through a consortium of how to run a salvage yard to absolute perfection.”
