“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I truly had a great experience buying my car at Walser Polar Mazda which I can’t say the same for any other dealership I’ve been to. I came in to test drive a Mazda3 and met with Jeff Kruse. He was very helpful answering any questions I had and didn’t use any high-pressure sales tactics. He respected that I needed some time to think it over before buying. A week later, I contacted him to see if the car was still available and he promptly responded. I came in the next day and met with Jared Bakke who was also very helpful and friendly. He had no issue with me using my own financing when they couldn’t beat my credit union’s rate and didn’t pressure me when I declined any add-ons. He even took me to a nearby parking lot to help me practice starting in first gear and shifting to second (this was my first time buying a manual car). I don’t think I could’ve had a better car-buying experience. This was the first time I visited a dealership and didn’t feel exhausted afterwards or get bombarded with texts/calls/emails. Everyone I interacted with was very helpful and communicative without being pushy. I definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to buy a car!”

“Took my jeep to Beartown after it broke down on the freeway. Expected worst case scenario. Beartown kept me updated through out the diagnostic process and had my jeep running great in about a day. “We brought our new truck to Automotive Reflections after a pretty significant wreck. Chad, Anne, Kade and the team made our truck look brand new again. It looks and drives better than before. It was a seamless experience that could have otherwise been a nightmare. They took care of all the inspections, worked with our insurance and made sure we were taken care of and kept us updated along the way. We are so pleased with their work, wouldn’t trust anyone else. They are the best in the business!”

“6 months with my Kona and everything has been smooth sailing! Ben Haeg was great listening to my needs and helping me decide what to do when my last vehicle was totaled. He was patient and kind even though I was anxious and sad about needing a new vehicle. Sometimes getting a new car is a dream and sometimes it’s the unexpected pain you didn’t want to do but Ben was great at pointing out how my options fit my needs, ensured safety, and fit my budget! The service team has been responsive and helpful as well.”

“This is an honest shop. Stopped by to get a quote on my damaged Camry before sale. They could have over-sold services, but instead were honest about the cost/return on repairing before sale. They even managed to get a dent out with a suction cup and didn’t charge me for it! Have to recommend a shop that is honest enough to turn away business!”

“Easy. The job they did looks great. Marshal offered an extra perk. The car was not only washed outside, but the full interior was vacuumed and every service was gone over with a treated cloth. Car looked and smelled great. I was told 4 weeks. They took three weeks and three days. It just seemed like forever without a car being dependent on someone else. A rental was too expensive just to get out a few days.”

“I am more than happy to write a good review for Caliber Collison in Stillwater, MN. My father in his spare time worked on vehicles. In addition to regular repairs and maintenance, I watched him pull out engines, overhaul them, and put them back in. I watched him tow totaled cars home, straighten their frames, put new parts on them, puddy and sand them, and finally prime and paint them. Our family never needed to rely on repair shops or body shops until his passing. He left me with the knowledge that the only way to do something was the best way possible. After a car collided with my car, I took my beloved Toyota to Caliber Collison in Stillwater, MN. I had not been there before. After having a father like I had, I never feel comfortable with the work of someone else until they can prove their worthiness. After the repair work was completed, and after I examined the car, I felt that a fog lamp, that was working but was scratched, should have been replaced. In addition, two minor details needed fixing. To correct the problems, would mean a significant amount of work and expense on their part. The General Manager, Stacey Nelson, agreed to my requests, and in less than two days, I had my car back. I know they had to use overnight delivery to get the parts, and work diligently to have the work done so quickly. When I arrived to pick up my car, Stacey had parked it in the same spot where I had left it. The car was shiny and clean, the work done was top notch. In addition, they used new screws, and a new rubber gasket that I never requested. I would give them ten stars if I could, because they went above and beyond. Thank you, Stacey for your exceptional customer service. Mary”

“I can’t say enough great things about Buerkle Body Shop and especially Paulo and the entire team. Once again, they took care of my vehicle with professionalism, compassion, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service from start to finish. From the moment I contacted Paulo about repairs, he made the process incredibly easy. He quickly helped coordinate a rental, kept me updated throughout the repair process with photos and ETA updates, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and stress-free. The communication and transparency were top notch. The quality of the work was fantastic — they somehow managed to make my 20-year-old car look fresh off the lot again. When I picked it up, the car was spotless inside and out, with little touches like a cleaned dash and fresh scent that honestly made me fall in love with the car all over again. What says the most is this: I live nearly 40 miles away in the southwest metro, and I still choose Buerkle because of the way they treat their customers. Paulo and the team truly make you feel like family, and that level of care is rare these days. Thank you again to Paulo and everyone at Buerkle for consistently going above and beyond. You’ve earned my trust and recommendation every single time. Keep up the amazing work!”
