“The representatives were AMAZING!!!We usually rent from Greenwood as we usually travel to Mississippi by train. This trip we flew in and this experience was just as AMAZING in Jackson. Keep up the great work, being personable yet professional. I appreciate unlike here in Chicago, that I didn't have to give an arm, leg and kidney to rent a car and that because we had a return flight, no deposit and I could use my debit card!Our car class was being cleaned, so we were upgraded although we didn't mind waiting!! We will DEFINITELY be back and as a Travel Agent, I will be sure to recommened!!!!”
“Made reservation & upon arrival to location, CSR (Tony) advised me there was a glitch in computer system, but went above and beyond my expectations in getting the situation resolved & getting me on my way in my rental. I believe he advised that he was the assistant manager of the location, but with his experience, knowledge, problem solving skills, I believe he could be an amazing asset to Hertz Rental managing his own location & training his employees how true customer service should be utilized in order to ensure customers have an experience like mine. Inside of location was very clean & clutter free, there is not a public restroom. I recommend this location if you’re in area and in need of rental”

“I should have read these reviews before I booked. I arrived at 9pm and was told no cars available even with the rental fees fully paid. The agent coldly said that there is no car, and I have to come back at 6 am tomorrow morning. And there is no guarantee that I'm going to get a car. I don't want to leave a bad comment about the agent, as there is nothing he can do. But Budget should be doing something on their reservation system as I'm not the only one, and it seems to be happening quite often as written by other reviewers.Update: I took a chance and went back the next morning, and got a car right away. And the supervisor gave a credit back for the round trip Uber fee I paid. Staffs were responsive and good. I changed my rating from 1 to 4.”

“I just want to say thank you to the gentleman who checked my car in at the Dollar/Hertz rental at Jackson Airport. I left my wallet in the rental car and didn't know it till I was back in the airport. I return to the car rental return station and this gentleman quickly found the car and my wallet. I wanted to give him a tip but unfortunately I rarely carry cash. This gentleman was a younger African American Male with a cast on his arm, I believe his name started with B. Thank you sir, I appreciate it. I hope this review finds it way to you.”

“rented a car to go to Portsmouth Virginia from ridgeland Mississippi Friday of august 30th of 2017 I think it was, and so my parents rented the car at 8:00am and they didn't have it so we had all our bags ready to go and we didn't have our rental car so we had to wait another day which was giving us less days to hang out with our family so the next day my parents went to go get the rental car and they budget rental car hooked us up with a jazz blue 2017 Chrysler 300 Limited which was very nice had a lot of nice features it even had a backup camera and air vents and two usb outlets in the back of the center console for my brother and me, even and the rental car even did GREAT got us to Virginia safely and back home safely even though they messed up they gave us a upgrade and we appreciated it and will be renting from them again very soon”

“So the experience overall was frustrating BUT the staff did everything they could to help. I was tired and worried about my long drive at night, the preferred booth employee was doing his best, and I am sorry to him for how frustrated I was with having to go back and forth, he was doing what he thought was right, and was incredibly patient. That said - it would be advantageous to do some more general training with all the staff on the system so there’s less hiccups. Ultimately I had a decent experience as they upgraded me for free due to the issues and I appreciated that. The reviews for this location are really harsh but the vehicle I got (and the ones I noticed) was in very good shape, and you have to remember that the staff of any location can only do so much with the resources they’re given. I’d rent from here again.”
“Their handling of overflow from storm Ida was sometimes overwhelming for staff and clients . Patience and perseverance was greatly needed. Vehicle provided was exceptional.”
“When our windshield got a large crack just outside of Jackson, we were nervous as we had a lot of long drives left for our holiday.
