“We had a wonderful experience with the Jackson Airport Enterprise. Manager Terry, Jolie and the rest of his staff assisted us with exchanging a vehicle. We had reserved a van at another location but due to limited availability received a smaller one. We called ahead and they informed us of their vehicle options and were ready to greet us when arrived. They then processed the exchange and transferring to the new vehicle seamless”

“I see alot of negative reviews but for me it was a good experience I’m in the military they upgraded my vehicle class and didn’t charge more. I got a brand new Tacoma TRD off-road when I was expecting a small sedan. it was clean low miles. Easy in and out good customer service super easy return and they had my emailed receipt to me within minutes.”

“Everyone was really nice, I only have two complaints. One was the pickup desk not letting me know there was damage to the front fender at pick up (the person in the garage that takes care of the vehicles told me). And when I dropped off the gentleman was very nice, when I told him about the pickup desk not telling me about the damage he looked and it hadn’t been noted in the system. Second, this is not just on Hertz. This is a complaint on all car rental companies. It is sad you cannot book a one way directly with the companies because they do not want to give up any vehicles. I had to go through a third party to get a one way.”
