“We normally use a pharmacy closer to our house, but I was trying to find somewhere that could fill our prescription when my child was discharged from the ER late Sunday afternoon. I got there 15 minutes before they closed and they had the prescription filled in 5 minutes. They were such a huge help to us after a very long day!”
“Very nice kroger! It gets VERY packed very easily. Seems very popular. Wish it had more kid buggies or the car buggies for kids. But does have a wide variety of items in comparison to some of the other krogers near by.”

“I came to this location to have passport pictures taken for my kids. I had only 30 minutes to spare and CVS didn’t disappoint. I had the pictures done within a few minutes and was able to make our appointment no problem . The young lady that assisted us was very nice and helpful.”

“Never really had a problem. I wanted to write about an excellent customer service experience I had with one particular great lady, and later on her wonderful colleague. My experience started with Kaitlin - just as professional AND compassionate as can be. She put in my refills over the phone for me. To my surprise within 5 mins Kaitlin called me back, one of my refills actually wouldn't be able to process until the next day. I have NEVER had that experience before! In my situation it was super amazing she did that. I believe she wasn't even required to. She just did it. She would be the finest example of Great and Excellent customer Service where they go the extra mile! Her colleague - Cassidy. Cassidy is the lady who gave me service at the register. In my short interaction with her, she was a delightful, sweet,and an exemplar of customer service. I thank these beautiful souls! Absolutely switch or start going to the Kroger in Brandon! I sure am enjoying it!”

“This pharmacy is actually located a long distance from our home but we'd rather drive the longer distance and have better service than use our local Walgreens.
The Pharmacists and the folks up front at the counter couldn't be any kinder and they are busy.
