“We normally use a pharmacy closer to our house, but I was trying to find somewhere that could fill our prescription when my child was discharged from the ER late Sunday afternoon. I got there 15 minutes before they closed and they had the prescription filled in 5 minutes. They were such a huge help to us after a very long day!”
“Very nice kroger! It gets VERY packed very easily. Seems very popular. Wish it had more kid buggies or the car buggies for kids. But does have a wide variety of items in comparison to some of the other krogers near by.”

“This Kroger is conveniently located just off of the highway and is well stocked and while my cashier at checkout could have been a bit more energetic and perhaps friendly, there was really no issues here.The store is well planned out and I was able to get a lot more than I originally came in for and check-out was relatively quick and smooth, with the exception of the disinterested cashier who walked away before my items were even bagged.Parking here was not an issue and they also have a gas station attached to it, or at least on the same property.I would definitely recommend this Kroger.”

“Never really had a problem. I wanted to write about an excellent customer service experience I had with one particular great lady, and later on her wonderful colleague. My experience started with Kaitlin - just as professional AND compassionate as can be. She put in my refills over the phone for me. To my surprise within 5 mins Kaitlin called me back, one of my refills actually wouldn't be able to process until the next day. I have NEVER had that experience before! In my situation it was super amazing she did that. I believe she wasn't even required to. She just did it. She would be the finest example of Great and Excellent customer Service where they go the extra mile! Her colleague - Cassidy. Cassidy is the lady who gave me service at the register. In my short interaction with her, she was a delightful, sweet,and an exemplar of customer service. I thank these beautiful souls! Absolutely switch or start going to the Kroger in Brandon! I sure am enjoying it!”

“I came to this location to have passport pictures taken for my kids. I had only 30 minutes to spare and CVS didn’t disappoint. I had the pictures done within a few minutes and was able to make our appointment no problem . The young lady that assisted us was very nice and helpful.”

“This pharmacy is actually located a long distance from our home but we'd rather drive the longer distance and have better service than use our local Walgreens.
The Pharmacists and the folks up front at the counter couldn't be any kinder and they are busy.
Our insurance listed this pharmacy as one of the chosen that the would pay and WE chose them too!
