“Never really had a problem. I wanted to write about an excellent customer service experience I had with one particular great lady, and later on her wonderful colleague. My experience started with Kaitlin - just as professional AND compassionate as can be. She put in my refills over the phone for me. To my surprise within 5 mins Kaitlin called me back, one of my refills actually wouldn't be able to process until the next day. I have NEVER had that experience before! In my situation it was super amazing she did that. I believe she wasn't even required to. She just did it. She would be the finest example of Great and Excellent customer Service where they go the extra mile! Her colleague - Cassidy. Cassidy is the lady who gave me service at the register. In my short interaction with her, she was a delightful, sweet,and an exemplar of customer service. I thank these beautiful souls! Absolutely switch or start going to the Kroger in Brandon! I sure am enjoying it!”

The sushi, antipasto, and deli are always great, and the woman at the cheese counter was attentive and very helpful. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. “Walgreens is not what it used to be some employees seem to think they're better than you cuz when you walk in they don't say hi they don't think that you exist but when you ask for help they don't know where stuff is and yet they work in the store this is kind of odd to me because if you work in the store you think you would know where product would be in what aisle it would be on but maybe I'm just being too critical”
