“After almost 2 hours on the side of the road trying to find someone awake to help me get going again I finally got my tire aired up enough to make it a few miles to the tire shop only to realize It was still too early. However, John was awake at home and more than willing to help get me back on my route so I could get my customers daily service completed. Unfortunately my tire had picked up multiple nails and was unrepairable. Dispute that John got me going again and although I was over 2 hours behind, I was able to finish my route.Thanks John!”

“Our car was close to being disabled due to a defective alternator not charging the battery. We found Parkway on a Friday at 1:15. Gordon, the manager, had a tech diagnose it immediately. He ordered a new alternator, had it delivered, and installed it. We were out the door with a repaired car by 4:00. Best customer service. Gordon even loaned us his phone charger as our iPhone was almost out of charge so we could charge it while we waited. Highly recommend this place.”

“I had a really good experience with this company. The secretary was extremely nice to me. I had a blowout on the interstate so I called and in no time at all the mechanic(nice guy too) showed up. He replaced my tire and had me back on the road. They are also true to their name. Couldn't have had a cheaper bill with any other company. I kept their card for any future problems I may have while traveling through MS.”
