“Excellent experience from start to finish. I brought in my 2023 Mercedes S580 with diagnostic warning lights that my local Mercedes dealer was unable to resolve. These guys were able to properly diagnose the issue and get the lights cleared when the dealership could not and also refused to help me without an appointment 3 weeks out. They were knowledgeable, professional, and clearly know their way around complex European vehicles. It’s not easy finding a shop you can trust with an S-Class, but they definitely earned my confidence. Highly recommend them, especially for European luxury vehicles. 5 star recommendation!!”

“I waited 2 hours for my vehicle to be serviced. I chose to wait, by the way. However, it didn't feel like I was there for 2 hours. The amenities are phenomenal! The coffee and snack bar, the multiple lounge areas that are set up to meet specific needs-working on laptops, watching TV, kids area, etc. I have had other vehicles (ahem, a Lexus) and the service area did not compare. Not to mention the kind and professional staff!! Good job, guys and gals! Y'all are killing it! ?”

“This place was a life saver! We were out out state visiting when I noticed our fairly new Interstate battery was failing. We walked in and told them our problem and they had us immediately pull into a bay. Our battery was still under warranty so we got a new battery totally covered by the warranty. They were competent, super friendly, and fast and got us back on the road in no time. We always use Interstate batteries in our cars and they are usually very reliable and long lasting but I guess we got one of the bad ones. This place made it easy and no big deal. Thank y'all!!!”

I am so please to come home and find that both bathroom outlets are effectively Giving power! As a new resident at The Trace of Ridgeland I can honestly say that they do live up to their name!
