“If I could give TEN STARS, I would without hesitation!! Adam Cofer, sole mechanic and owner of Wrench Werkz, was able to fix a mysterious issue with my brake lights. Adam’s extensive automotive knowledge pinpointed the tiniest mechanical issue that was causing my brake lights to not work when my headlights were on (yet they worked fine when my headlights were off). With the sun setting sooner in the evening, it was imperative to figure out what was going on. He figured it out during a time that worked best for my schedule and in a timely manner! Adam not only fixed my brake lights, he brought me priceless peace of mind at a fair price while I’m transitioning into a new job. Thank you SO MUCH Adam! “They did an awesome job in identifying the issue on my Audi A6 that the Jackson Audi dealership couldn’t find. My cruise control had stopped working.After waiting for 4 hours at Audi dealership said they would have to contact the manufacturer for help on how to repair. I would have to come back later.I took to the Ridgeland service center and couldn’t believe it was just a vacuum hose that came loose. $99.00 and out the door in an hour. “This is truly one of the best dealerships I have ever encountered. Bought my Benz about 5 years ago. Service appointments go very smooth, they offer transportation if you don't want to stay in their waiting area (which is very nice). When the hot temps dropped, my tire indicator came on so I stopped in without appointment and they immediately checked the tires, added some air and I was in and out of there in 5 minutes.”
