“I waited 2 hours for my vehicle to be serviced. I chose to wait, by the way. However, it didn't feel like I was there for 2 hours. The amenities are phenomenal! The coffee and snack bar, the multiple lounge areas that are set up to meet specific needs-working on laptops, watching TV, kids area, etc. I have had other vehicles (ahem, a Lexus) and the service area did not compare. Not to mention the kind and professional staff!! Good job, guys and gals! Y'all are killing it! ?”

This company got our car in, checked it out and called me the next day with an estimate. This was a Thursday I think and told me it would be the next Friday before it would be ready. “I am unsure why there are so many mixed reviews over time expectations. Its a vehicle. It takes 5 engineers to design and build a car. You want to be upset at 1 technician or service advisor who is there trying to fix the problem. This place has the right team and right set of people to fix anything! But it takes time to solve a problem! I had my truck at another location getting worked on and decided it was time to give someone else a chance. The last place had my vehicle for 6 weeks with no positive outcome and 5k of my money. Ridgeland service center figured out what my issues were and fixed it in a fair and timely matter(less than 2 weeks) at thousands less than the other location. Thank you!”
