“I am very pleased with my service I get from Regions. Although I had stopped using Regions because the manager and a few of the employees just acted like they did not care. A lady sitting at the desk in the middle of the bank would say we don't do this no more and we don't do that. It was so frustrating, I took that part of my business to another bank. Recently I was told by a friend it was different and they have a different manager, so I gave it a try. I must say she was so helpful and although there were things you do not do, such as complete our VA forms, she found an alternative that I was able to use. I was pleased at her quick thinking and her attitude, so I will definitely start back using Regions for my fiduciary business. Also, it seems like the whole atmosphere is different, I go inside and I use the drive through and I am very pleased with the service I receive from Regions, the Canton Branch.”
