“My local store is #117 in Canton MS. It is a high traffic location. It always has a few people in there. However, during peek times of the day and night, it gets packed quickly. The employees are great. the get to know the locals that often stop in. They treat you like family. All while providing fast, accurate, and helpful service.”

“This experience is why I truly believe that angels exist sometimes, they appear in the form of human beings.
At a Love’s Travel Stop location, we faced a very stressful situation involving one of our drivers. He was taking his required 10-hour rest, and initially, we assumed he was simply asleep when he did not answer his phone. However, even after that rest period had passed, there was still no response.
At that point, the driver’s family became extremely worried and contacted us in distress. I immediately tried calling the driver myself, but I was also unable to reach him.
In that moment of uncertainty and fear, we contacted the shop at the location, where we were connected with a remarkable individual named Gregory Mathis.
From the very first moment, Gregory responded with urgency and genuine care. Understanding the seriousness of the situation, he even shared his personal phone number so we could stay in direct contact while he stepped outside to assist.
Within minutes, he began checking the parking areas himself. When the driver was not located at the initial spot, we provided him with the correct location. Without hesitation, Gregory rushed there and thankfully, he was able to wake the driver and confirm that he was safe.
The relief and happiness that followed, especially for the driver’s family, is something that is difficult to put into words.
People like Gregory Mathis are, in my opinion, the truly richest individuals in this world not because of money, but because of their humanity, kindness, and willingness to help others without hesitation.
I would also like to sincerely thank the management team at Love’s for selecting and employing individuals of such character.

“Staff is friendly and the store is clean. The restroom was clean! That is the most important thing for me. I bought a gallon of windshield cleaner and the clerk was kind enough to carry it out and pour it in for me. Very helpful young man. We don't see that enough these days.”

“I recently stopped at a gas station that offered self checkout as an option. While the convenience of being able to quickly pay for my items without having to wait in line was nice, the beer selection was quite limited. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hot food station, which offered a nice selection of freshly made items. Overall, I thought the gas station was convenient and the hot food station was a nice addition, but the limited beer selection was a bit disappointing.”

“We ordered the Fish Plate & Slaw Dog (for me), Hot Wings and Cheese Burger w/ fries. Everybody said it was Delicious! I went again same night and got myself a Hamburger & Fry and they ordered polish sausage w/peppers????. Food is hot and very good. Great owners.”
