“I rented a vehicle from Enterprise on State Street, Jackson Mississippi.
My experience on July 23, 2026, with Enterprise was outstanding.
The gentlemen at the front desk were professional and courteous.
I give extra praise to the young gentleman name Artavion Young.(I hope I spelled his name correctly.)
Mr. Young definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
The first vehicle I got was running rough, and the engine light came on.
I returned that vehicle, and Mr. Young got me a brand new 2027 Chrysler Pacific.
I rented a vehicle today, August 3, 2026, and Mr. Young made sure the vehicle was clean and running great.
I would definitely come back to this location, due to the exemplary customer service.”
“They make the most out of what they have. I've seen this company make great strides over time. I think they're "moving on up",like the Jeffersons. Can't be easy keeping busses running over bad streets under outrageous situations. Kudos, to everyone behind the scenes, for keeping Jackson moving.?✌”

“U-Rental Inc. had 12 and 15 passenger vans available AND they had the BEST prices compared to every other rental company I called. Our 12 passenger van was clean and reliable. There was enough sitting room for everyone and lots of room for luggage. And, I absolutely loved speaking to Ms. Bernie each time I called and she was even more delightful in-person!”

“They had the car I needed, employees done a great job on receiving and returning the car.
First time dealt with the Clinton Mississippi enterprise, but I’ll be glad to purchase from that location again.”
