“I have been waiting on a "New Gas" install for 2 months for an all electric house in Brandon. This is 4th company that I have called because the other companies never show up or call you back. And guess what...Ferrellgas scheduled me for an install with only a 2 business day wait. I'm not sure why I didn't call them first since I actually used them before at a house in Florence and they had came out the next day.”

“Everything went great with the purchase online. The delivery went great, i was at home at the time the driver pulled in to fill my tanks, he did not pull back into the yard where it was very wet and make deep tracks for me to worry with. He was very polite and professional. He filled one tank that was empty and top off the other one. We talked while the tanks were filling, and he made me feel good about AmeriGas. Thanks”

“I was very upset that my original reservation in Jackson could not be fulfilled. Leathia, at the Pearl location, made sure I got a truck, politely explained everything to me, and closed out my transaction with a smile!! I feel much better about things and hope all associates can be as friendly as she is.”
