“This is a typical corporate owned telecom carrier store. They usually do not have much of a wait to get served and about half the staff is great to work with, the other half just so so. They have handicap parking and access but no public bathroom facilities. Store is clean and manager usually keeps it well stocked.”

“Had a rep named Reebee install a screen protector without disclosing price ($50) for the new phone and a watch she stated was "free". It wasn't, and once I also found out how much she charged for activation cost of a WATCH without disclosure, that was enough and it became a hobby to fix her slimey sales approach. Thankfully, got ahold of the local management and corporate and fixed the issues without them charging a return fee as she was attempting to do. There's proper professional ways to handle situations (as the management and Grey at Flowood did) and then there's this rep who gives an entire brand a bad name.”
