“The employee who goes by the name of Q is who makes this place. Finally upgraded my old iphone XR to a 17 a few days ago. Had to come back to get a plan change the next day. Cell phones, plans, upgrades way more complicated and expensive than it needs to be. Q handled the whole thing. Real easy going and smooth dude. Whoever owns this store, ya’ll better take good care of Q, Hint - Q could use a good assistant to help speed things along on setups. He’s a one man gang. Dude has a great attitude though. 5 stars”
“We were paying at&t $500 a month and thought that was too high so when we got a bill for $900 this month with no explanation of why we decided to swap providers. We ended up a Richland, MS Cricket mobile and I'm glad we did. Our bill is going from $500 and up (depending on at&ts mood) to $150 per month. Brie helped us out and she was great. I didn't feel my guard go up not once. We'll definitely be coming back in for adding a line or two in the future. Thank you' Cricket and thank you Brie!”
“I had previously called customer service in order to get auto payment started. i paid $10, to talk to an actual person, and they walked me through it. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do and explained what was on the page, and they said that it was now set up.
Well, I received 2 text messages recently saying that I needed to pay my bill, even though I thought it was on auto pay. Took my phone to the store, and the lady noticed it was not on auto pay and quickly changed it to auto pay. It even mentioned congratulations, that it was now on auto pay.
Thanks to the lady who helped me art 6:30 PM.”

“Overall our visit was pleasant because Chloe is very professional, helpful, and kind. We observed Chloe being considerate of each customer. I believe that she is respectful and does her best to ensure the customers needs are met. We enjoyed her professionalism. In my opinion I hope that this location gets the remodeling for more product options with matching accessories, displays, shelves, and better seating it needs. The phone service has been pretty good compared to others we have had. I think Cricket hires personable people who bring a fun atmosphere to their work, and have learned to juggle many task. I hope all of the Mississippi stores get more recognition for their hardworking dedication in this environment. Shout out to this and the State Street store staff in Jackson, MS. They have really impressed us.”
