Was contacted by the owner and issues were addressed. They explained the increase, and apologized that i wasn’t contacted prior to the work being done to explain. The owner owned up, apologized, fixed the other minor issues with the work, and the car looks good as new.
She was professional, kind, prompt and accommodating and her customer service was top notch. Its hard to find business that are customer service driven and actually care about their customers being satisfied. This is one of the good ones.
Everyone was nice and the work looks good, just didnt expect to pay 38%more than the estimate at pick up. No one called to let me know or make sure i still wanted the work done. Would have appreciated the communication, prior to picking up the finished car.”

“Curtis, our Safelite tech was courteous, and professional. He called first thing in the morning to let us know where we fell on his list for the day, narrowing his time of arrival by hours! I really appreciated that! He updated with texts, letting us know he was on his way, when he arrived, etc…He also found an additional chip in the windshield that we did not know was there, and repaired that as well! Repairs were done perfectly! Thank you!”
“I’m a top Uber driver on the gulf coast and depend on my vechile to do my job . I’ve know the Cumberland family my entire life but just met Mark three weeks ago . Mark talked to me face to face , took my car in did paint & body and also mechanic work to my Escalade. Tomorrow I’m having more work performed by him . “No complaints. Had minor damage to rear of my KIA soul repaired here. Other driver's insurance paid so I was not concerned with cost. Even so, the final bill looks reasonable to me. They worked directly with insurance company for quotes and approval. Got the car in right away and they had it fixed in 10 days, 1 day sooner than they estimated. Drop off and pick up was easy as can be. In between got text messages on status almost every day. They did a great job repairing damage and matching/blending paint to original and cleaned entire car inside and out before return. Will not hesitate to use them again if needed.”
