She went out of her way to help me when I thought I might need another unit last minute. 24-hours velvet again super super clean Hidden Gem one of the better storage units outside storage units that I've ever seen. Reservation agent was also very helpful when I forgot the gate code. The prices are amazing also.”

Had a trailer reservation, modified the dates with a rep and the month was off. I didn't notice until 2 days before pickup - I quickly tried to change it online but (surprise) the trailer wasn't going to be available at location.
I called and Kenny was able to sort it out and get me the trailer I needed on the day I needed it. Huge relief. It was the white bearded better looking Kenny than the other one.
Very stressful to move but these guys will do whatever they can to ease that.”
