He went above and beyond for us hunting cabinets they did not have in stock and calling other stores to have them ready for pick up cause everything is 4-12 weeks out for custom cabinets and/or deliveries.”

“I went there to look at some tile to redo my bathroom.I was not finding what I was looking for so I asked a employee if they had what I needed.Ivwasvtold it's not my department,end of story.So I continued to look around up one lsle and down another.I was probley in there for awhile,just looking trying to make up my mind.When I noticed a couple other employees watching me.everywhere I went they were there.I think they thought I was trying to steal something because they never asked if I needed help.I have had enough by now so I proceeded to the entrance I was almost to the door when a older lady called to me I thought here we go they think I stoled something.Butvto my surprise she just wanted to know if I had found what I was looking for or if I needed help with anything.I was just about to wash my hands with them.But thanks to the older lady for her kindness I might go evthem another chance.Other than that everything else is good they could use a few more selections on a few things and better customer service”
“I had such a pleasant experience with Savanah in the computer department. Not only did she walk me through all the different options but she taught me how to properly shop them at Best Buy. I had told her I’d be back next week to buy one from her so she got credit and she informed me they don’t work on commissions. I cannot make it back into that location unfortunately.
