“This is the most friendly, helpful hardware store I have been in. I had went to two big stores that advertise electrical supplies. The first place I went, I told them what I wanted, even had pictures and guy threw his hands up and said dont ask me I don't know anything about electrical, so did the other two employees. Why are they there in that dept if no one knows how to help you. I went to second store and the manager told me I needed to go to an appliance store, even though I had pictures off of their website. I was fuming by that time so I started home, passed this store and turned around and went back. I walked in the door was greeted cheerfully, ask how they could help. I showed the young man my pictures of what I needed and info on each item. He went to each item and picked it up, had Mr. Bob check to make sure that was items I needed. Checked me out and I was very happy with this small business. Thank you for showing such kind friendly customer service. I went back today and was treated as if I was an appreciated customer. Recommend this place highly. It is worth the extra miles.”

“I LOVE LOVE LOVE Home Depot!!!! EVERY time I go there, someone ALWAYS says hello & and asks me if I need anything! So far, I have not had a bad experience. They're always helpful, courteous & pleasant. While most females would rather shop at the mall or get the hair & nails done, I am going to HOME DEPOT!! I love that they have the free workshops for children, too. They can do it there, or take the kits home to do later.”

His attitude, professionalism, friendliness, attentiveness, attention to detail, knowledge of products and information was astounding ! In all the years we have dealt with Home Depot employees through the course of building 2 homes and countless home projects we have only encountered one other that was half the employee he was. He went above and beyond for us hunting cabinets they did not have in stock and calling other stores to have them ready for pick up cause everything is 4-12 weeks out for custom cabinets and/or deliveries.”

“We went to Lowe's Hattiesburg during early Black Friday sale. I saw 3 dryers for sale in stock, called to confirm that one was availabl to purchase and drove to get it. When I arrived the website was still showing one available the young lady in appliances was not helpful nor enthusiastic about helping me locate the remaining dryer. She would not look in the back or help me search for the dryer I wanted. I was about to leave but the nicest man named Ray came to ask if I needed help looked in the back storage area and walked the floor to see if availabl. When it was obvious it was not available he looked at the computer saw one in Petal and called that store and had it held under my nam. He went above and beyond was polite friendly and just so helpful. I was so excited and grateful for his kindness and great customer service.”
