“Came to this store since the one off of Hwy 98 didn't help me at all. I needed a specific bunny bedding. They had 1 in stock. The gentleman here said he could help me place an order in store and have it shipped directly to my home for FREE (must be placed in store for free shipping). Of course I did that. Within 2 weeks, my bedding was delivered. The delivery driver was great. He texted me with an ETA on delivery day. Also helped with caring product into our garage. Great customer service!”

“I went there to look at some tile to redo my bathroom.I was not finding what I was looking for so I asked a employee if they had what I needed.Ivwasvtold it's not my department,end of story.So I continued to look around up one lsle and down another.I was probley in there for awhile,just looking trying to make up my mind.When I noticed a couple other employees watching me.everywhere I went they were there.I think they thought I was trying to steal something because they never asked if I needed help.I have had enough by now so I proceeded to the entrance I was almost to the door when a older lady called to me I thought here we go they think I stoled something.Butvto my surprise she just wanted to know if I had found what I was looking for or if I needed help with anything.I was just about to wash my hands with them.But thanks to the older lady for her kindness I might go evthem another chance.Other than that everything else is good they could use a few more selections on a few things and better customer service”

I had a problem with the incorrect installation of my washer and dryer and both William and Kaya went above and beyond to help me. They listened carefully, took my concerns seriously and worked together to arrange for someone to come to my home and correct the installation.
They were kind, patient, professional and genuinely cared about making the situation right.Their help turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one.
