“I contracted for a 16x8x8 Pod to be delivered to the house in order to store items while parts of the house are remodeled. The initial contact went very well. Subsequent attempts to talk to a real live person were unsuccessful; all communication was through email, or AI on the phone. There was also a contract that is 13 pages long that must be signed electronically. I contracted for the Pod to be placed on the grass. I was told by the driver, on the morning of the delivery, that they do NOT place the Pod on the grass in Mississippi. That caused me problems no end. The driver of the delivery truck, Kyle, was very good. He was very respectful, very competent and very helpful. He is one of the good guys. Actual delivery went very well w the Pod being placed in the driveway. I took photos of the Pod as did my daughter, and Kyle. The Podzilla is an amazing piece of machinery. Kyle used it very competently to take the Pod off the truck, turn it around, and place it just where we needed it. Overall, the initial contact and the delivery went very well. My contractor is already loading it with boxes and furniture.”
