“I purchased a set of golf club irons, and the price on the tag was half of what the cashier stated for the bill. I asked how that could happen, and a very young looking employee was summoned. That was all that I needed to see, and offered to pay the full price. The manager was sitting there listening, and met me in the middle. He didn’t have to do that, and I really appreciate the kharma.”
