From the front desk to John who handles everything for me. I can see why this place has such high reviews. Caliber also texted me every day with an update on where they were in the process. I dropped it off Monday and by Friday my truck was ready. Hopefully I will not ever need any body work done but if I do, you can be certain I will be bringing it back to them. I would give 10 stars if I could.”

“Somebody swiped the side of my 2023 Nissan Altima and I took it to Advanced Collision to get it repaired after getting local estimates in the Memphis area. The body shop was recommended to me by the local Nissan Dealership Service Center in Southaven from where I had bought my car and I was very pleased with the work they did to my car. They buffed out all the scratches and marks on the side of the front and side bumper and replaced the mirror. It looked like I had just got the car again off of the car lot. Keith was very helpful in the front office with the estimate and did a good job on the price for being it was a brand new car and new model for 2023. The team in the body shop did a fantastic job with their work on the car. Everybody was helpful from my first phone call down there to the end process. Thank you and it was worth the drive from Memphis to Hernando for the quality of work that was performed on my car. I highly recommend Advanced Collision.”

“Ive used Caliber once prior to the most previous experience in July 2023. I took my car into Caliber in a July 2023 for repair. About 1 week later (a few days earlier than I expected), they called for me to pick my car up. Right after, I picked up a rental and left town. This was a Friday. On Tuesday when I returned, I noticed the plate around my front passenger side light was missing. I immediately called Caliber and was told to bring it in. The first guy that looked at it called a manager out to look at it. The manager, Jesse, apologized and said they would order the 2 parts needed for the repair. A month later, I called to see if the part arrived. I was told that it hadn’t been ordered, but that it would be ordered that day. A few days later, the manager Jesse called to tell me the part arrived. I was thinking both parts. When I got there he put 1 part on and said that the other part had still not arrived. I kid you not—I called every other week from August-December to see if the 2nd part arrived. Each time I called, I asked to speak to Jesse and he gave me the same excuse. It’s February 2024 and NO ONE has called to say dog, cat, bird about whether the part was actually ordered or if they just wrote it off altogether. While they did repair the claim filed by insurance, the damage that was done on their premises was swept under the rug.—-UPDATE 4/2Zach from Caliber reached out to me immediately after this review and made it his priority to correct the issue. He did indeed go above and beyond. I’m very appreciative to those who care about quality customer service and work to make sure that their customers are satisfied with not just the service on their vehicle, but with the people in the office.”

“From the time I dropped my vehicle off until I picked it up I was in constant communication with the repair shop. I appreciate the fact I knew exactly what was going on with my repair. I was contacted EVERYDAY with an update. Even when I called to inquire for additional information someone always picked up the phone and that says a lot especially in customer service! They were always friendly and always helpful! When it came down to the day to pick up my car I love the fact that Aaron went above and beyond for me by staying after closing. Even when I arrived after closing he was still friendly still smiling and still giving me the best customer service.
