“From the time I dropped my vehicle off until I picked it up I was in constant communication with the repair shop. I appreciate the fact I knew exactly what was going on with my repair. I was contacted EVERYDAY with an update. Even when I called to inquire for additional information someone always picked up the phone and that says a lot especially in customer service! They were always friendly and always helpful! When it came down to the day to pick up my car I love the fact that Aaron went above and beyond for me by staying after closing. Even when I arrived after closing he was still friendly still smiling and still giving me the best customer service. “Easiest transaction ever!I’ve never dealt with a cracked windshield before so I wasn’t sure what to expect and was a little anxious about it as silly as that sounds. A rock flew up on 240 and hit my windshield and started a crack that was quickly spreading. Made an appointment with Safelite for that following Saturday. Dropped my car off Saturday, went and grabbed lunch and my car was ready by the time I was done (about 50 minutes). Not sure of the nice guy’s name that I dealt with but he was wearing a herringbone style hat. He explained to me everything I needed to know as far as after care and sent me on my way! Definitely recommend!!”
