“There is not a high enough rating for Alex! He is supreme in customer service! Too many people offer half-a$$ service but Alex refreshingly is quite knowledgable in all things cell phone and electronic. He actually GOES way-and-above to make sure it is done right, you are more than satisfied and will be a return customer. On occasion when he happened to have a day off, the person who was working was quick to say what I asked was unable to be done and quickly finished with me. The next day I called Alex to confirm it could not be fixed; he immediately fixed it over the phone!! Cricket has great deals and I am very happy I left Verizon, but Alex is the BEST thing about switching to Cricket. If he ever leaves Cricket, I may have to leave too! I wish there were more Alexes in the world; it would be a better & kinder place!!”

“Danielle setup my son with a new phone very fast and she was also nice to work with! She also said that I could upgrade my phone anytime I’m ready and overall it was a pleasant experience. “This is the most equipped and prepared AT&T Store I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. AT&T cancelled my 17 Pro Max order due to security reasons and Devon at this location got the situation worked out in 15 mins and had my phone reordered to be shipped. He had a great attitude, he talked with me about life with a smile on, and cracked a couple jokes to get me to laugh. All in all, I’ve never had anywhere near the good experience I had at this AT&T store location anywhere else and Devon needs a promotion or a pay raise.”

“If you're looking for Cricket service and you want to find nice people that speak English and Spanish I would recommend this place the people that work there are down-to-earth fun and worth being around you can build a friendship in a family just by being Who You Are the parking isn't always the best because it's on a strip mall but yet the people inside make it worth going in there”

“I was having trouble with phone. My Sim wasnt being registered in my phone, nothing was working. I went to cricket on Elvis Presley to get some help and Jake was able to help meget service with them and I still kept my old number. And since it was my first time with them I got a free phone as well. I was stressing bad. But Jake helped me out. He did an amazing job and he was patient with me.”
“About 2 months ago my aunt fell and broke her hip. I needed a phone in a hurry so I could go to hospital to see her. I cried walking into the store and these ladies helped me very professionally and friendly seeing I was distraught about my family member.
