I fell in love with one of the Peter Millar shirts in the display, but they didn't have the size I needed. The guy helping me pointed out another one that I decided on, and when checking out he gave me a discount! I will definitely be returning.”

She emails me pictures when new items come in and is willing to hold them until I make it there. All staff in the store are amazing and helpful, but she truly raises the bar! He helped me pull aside at least two dozen hats to try on even though it was making a mess. I was SO grateful! I was able to leave with not only two hats but shirts and merch as well! “I got 2 pairs of tech pants. They're the most comfortable pants I've ever owned.I got 2 long sleeve polo shirts on sale. The clothes are a bit expensive but they are very good quality. They're way better quality than you'll find at Walmart and JC Penny or Dillard's.”

“I had to buy a suit today in order to even have a chance to have it ready for a function I'm attending soon, and am hard to fit as well. Just want to pay compliments to Flo, who met me at the door, calmed me down and assured we could get everything done in time, and then fit me with a great-looking black suit. I think I saw her tinkering with promo codes trying to get me a better price also, and then gave me a delivery date that leaves plenty of time to get it pressed. Finally breathing normally again. “This is far the best experience I've had in a Old Navy, there was a young lady who help me patiently she went step by step in helping me order online. She was putting out stock I'm sorry I didn't get her name BUT when I got to the register Cedric demonstrate PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO, THE BEST, hands down to both of these employees for knowing how to treat people, I've never got that type of service at Dogwood. This was 11/21/23 around noon!!!”
