Offer to give him a reward, he turned down the offer. Long Beach is very Bless to have this local store with customer focus!!”
“When my Mom's well lost prime about the 3rd time in a week we did our best to get it fixed quickly with keeping cost down.. A Sub Contracting friend rode out to give us his opinion.. McGill's was the 1st thing he said after noticing our pump was needing replacing. Called McGills with the run down of our well , the guy on the phone seem to not be alarmed of needing to replace but reassured that rebuilding was a option. He step by step rebuild our pump with us watching his ever move, explaining in detail. He was quick , friendly, most differently cared more of my mom getting her water back on asap. We had learned a lot that day . It was actually very exciting day.”
“Stopped in to get a key made. Tried using the kiosks at a different store and after getting three keys that didn't work decided to give ace a try. The employees were great, they cut the keys very accurately and it was cheaper than using the kiosk.”
“I brought in a bolt I needed replaced and explained the issue I was having. The staff quickly identified exactly what I needed and had me taken care of in no time.
One of the replacement bolts was slightly too long, so I asked if they could cut it down and clean up the threads. They were happy to do it and didn't charge me anything extra for the service. I really appreciated them going the extra mile to help.

“Maximum Auto Parts is the premier auto parts store on the coast. The owner Tommy and his staff exemplify the true meaning of customer service. No other parts store on the coast even comes close to these guys! Weither your looking for: auto parts, welding supplies, tractor truck parts, detailing supplies or custom hydraulic hoses these guys have it. What they dont have in stock the can get for you. I was restoring an old outboard motor with bad battery cable harness that was no longer available and after being turned away from a local auto electrical supply company Tommy allowed me to use his crimper to splice a new cable and restore the wiring harness.”

“I absolutely did not know what I was doing, being a woman, 65 and have only opened the motor cover of my boat to check the oil. I needed a fuel filter. I am not kidding, when I tell you this was the 10 place I was sent. I had, at this point very little that that boat was going the water soon.
As ll the other places, looked at me like it was foreign to ask for a fuel filter, for a common four stroke Yamaha 2o17 90. These ladies not only helped me, but were helpful. I will always go here first from now on, even if another place is closer. Love it!!”

“This quaint little local hardware store is a must stop when we visit. They don't sell t-shirts anymore, but they are an authorized Yeti dealer. Because they are local, they have seasonal colors that online stores sold out of. If you love specific colors that you cannot find, check out this store! It is located in the cutest town strip. Easy to walk from shop to shop. They are so friendly and helpful.”
“Exceptional!!From now on, I will drive to Gulfport to J Allen, from Hattiesburg to do business with Toyota. This will be local dealership. (Btw, Hattiesburg has a Toyota dealership, if you catch me). I received such urgent care on a recall on my Camry when Hattiesburg wouldn't take the time to even care. Jaylen (sp) was very respectful and had my timely needs in mind!! I was planning to leave on Monday on a 9 hr drive and the brake system malfunctioned (the recall) on Friday and he went above and beyond to get my car fixed and me back on the road when Hattiesburg (for the second time) had no time for me and wouldn't even TRY to work me in. I'm highly impressed with J Allen and will continue to drive an hour from now on!!”

“This Home Depot sometimes has knowledgeable employees and sometimes doesn’t I guess it just depends on when you go.
It does have a great selection of items and is easy to get into but sometimes difficult to get out of, traffic wise. Again, it depends on the time of day that you visit this Home Depot.”

“Great place always ready to help. I get keys made there very often. I went to Walmart once to make keys and found out that you have to use the do it yourself machine. It is $9.99 per key and they send it in the mail to you. That is totally ridiculous. I plan to shop at La Rosa Glass more often best place I’ve felt with in a long time.”
