Jarvis delivered what is quite simply the best customer service experience I have ever had with a rental car company.

I rented a vehicle a few days after Thanksgiving at the Enterprise location in Byram, Mississippi, during an especially demanding period. Jarvis was operating the location completely on his own, simultaneously managing incoming phone calls, vehicle pickups, drop-offs, inspections, and in-person customers. Despite the volume and pressure of the situation, he handled every interaction with remarkable ease, professionalism, and calm. At no point did he appear stressed, rushed, or distracted. My wait time was minimal, the process was seamless, and I felt genuinely valued as a customer.

What truly set Jarvis apart was his commitment to going above and beyond long after the initial rental was complete. He took the extra step of providing me with his personal business card, including his direct number, and made it clear that he was available if I needed anything. A few days later, when the vehicle I had picked up showed a low tire warning, Jarvis answered my call on his day off without hesitation.

Understanding that I was preparing for a four-hour drive through remote areas and dirt roads, Jarvis immediately took action. He personally called a manager he knows at the Enterprise location in Clinton, Mississippi, Aaron, and coordinated a smooth vehicle exchange while I was en route. When I arrived, everything was already handled. Aaron set me up with a newly inspected vehicle that passed all checks and was perfectly suited for the long drive ahead.

The coordination, care, and foresight shown by Jarvis ensured my safety, peace of mind, and confidence throughout the entire journey. The replacement vehicle performed flawlessly, and I was able to complete my travels without a single issue.

“I rented a car from the Orange County Airport in California yesterday, October 10, 2016. Because the rental office is off property, finding it was a bit of a hassle (although the phone number was on my confirmation letter, it was buried in the body of the letter and it was not highlighted, something I mentioned to the rental agent). This was a minor irritant, because the subsequent service was excellent! I returned the car the same day and I was driven to the airport. I checked through TSA, got to may gate and then heard my name paged. Apparently I left my cell phone at the rental office! The agent who helped me at the rental office, drove back with my phone, had me paged, and handed me my phone! I can't imagine any of the large, rental companies doing the same! “I was extremely pleased with this Enterprise location. They were very professional and my salesman Devin was very straightforward. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to the T. He took his time and made sure I was satisfied and that I understood what he said. Upon my return he was the same person I met that Saturday, on a Monday. Normally Mondays are hard for us, not Devin he was energetic and ready for the day. I really appreciate Enterprise Flowood, Ms location for there customer service to make this experience what it was.”

The only thing that I would change is I would not get the standard car again. It was a nissan sentra and I thought it was going to be a larger car. That could have been my mistake but I can't blame them for that.”

“rented a car to go to Portsmouth Virginia from ridgeland Mississippi Friday of august 30th of 2017 I think it was, and so my parents rented the car at 8:00am and they didn't have it so we had all our bags ready to go and we didn't have our rental car so we had to wait another day which was giving us less days to hang out with our family so the next day my parents went to go get the rental car and they budget rental car hooked us up with a jazz blue 2017 Chrysler 300 Limited which was very nice had a lot of nice features it even had a backup camera and air vents and two usb outlets in the back of the center console for my brother and me, even and the rental car even did GREAT got us to Virginia safely and back home safely even though they messed up they gave us a upgrade and we appreciated it and will be renting from them again very soon”
