What truly sets this location apart is the staff. Every time I visit, I can explain what I need and am immediately guided to the correct section without wasting time searching aisles or using store apps. The team is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. On one occasion, a member of management went above and beyond by personally calling multiple Ace Hardware locations across the Jackson metro area to help me locate the exact bolts needed for a trailer decking repair. That level of service is rare and speaks volumes about how well this store is run.”
