“I usually go in a couple of times a month for a pet wash. Everyone is very kind to me and my snoodle, Pepper. The store is very clean but, sometimes when I go into the pet wash room it is filthy. I realize it is because of the customers because THEIR dog hair is left in the tub and drain. It will always be necessary to clean the drain for the next customer! It's only $10 guys for all they offer. I as a respectful client appreciate all the products they offer AND the blow dryer. Need a big sign saying,
1. Clean the tub/drain
2. Hang blow dryer hose up
3. Put soiled towels in the tub
available

“I picked up a Clinique product today and was served by a lady running the whole make-up section. She handled things with urgency and grace. After learning she has been employed at Belk for 25 years all I could think was how lucky they are to have her! She was patient with me and helped me make sure I got the right product. Her knowledge was key as I had only known my product from a sample which she knew from 2 years ago!! She was awesome. Great service.”
