“I am from out of town and while visiting someone sideswiped me. All damage looked superficial to me but I wanted to confirm by someone more experienced than myself. I called a number of places but none could get me in for at least a week. I called Fast Eddie's and they told me to bring it in right away and someone would look at it. They saw me within 5 min and within 15 min I was on my way! NO CHARGE! They offered to look at my fluids (no charge) and anything else I wanted done. Everyone there was professional, joyful and really helpful. I highly recommend this shop!”

“Today started out pretty frustrating, but it turned into a great day once I found NTB in Ocean Springs.
I was traveling from Virginia to Texas in my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado when both of my front tires went bad. My first stop was Firestone in Mobile, Alabama. I waited for about four hours, only to be told they couldn't replace the tires because I didn't have the key for the locking lug nuts. I understood that it was my responsibility, but I was still disappointed after waiting so long.
I then went to a Chevrolet dealer in Mobile, and they told me the only way they could remove the locking lug nuts was to break them off. I decided to pass.
I drove down the road and stopped at another Firestone in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. They were getting ready to close, but they recommended I try NTB just down the road.
I explained my situation to the team at NTB, and they didn't hesitate for a second. They immediately got to work. They were able to remove all four locking lug nuts and replace both front tires in about one hour!
I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the team at NTB in Ocean Springs. They were friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely willing to help when I was in a difficult situation traveling far from home.
Thank you to the entire NTB team in Ocean Springs, MS, for going above and beyond. You made a frustrating day a whole lot better!

“This guy is the best! He’s honest and reliable, which is a rare find for mechanics these days. He’s old school, so he’s going to do a full diagnostic and he’s gonna break down what you must get done TODAY versus what you need to think about getting done in the future. He replaced the engine in one of my vehicles and changed out brakes and wheel bearings. Great work and fair cost on labor.”
