“Best tire shop in OS-Biloxi area. Service is always fast and easy. Prices are always reasonable and the staff are always friendly. They are a local staple and Black owned! I've been a patron for 20 + years and never been disappointed.”
“Today started out pretty frustrating, but it turned into a great day once I found NTB in Ocean Springs.
I was traveling from Virginia to Texas in my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado when both of my front tires went bad. My first stop was Firestone in Mobile, Alabama. I waited for about four hours, only to be told they couldn't replace the tires because I didn't have the key for the locking lug nuts. I understood that it was my responsibility, but I was still disappointed after waiting so long.
I then went to a Chevrolet dealer in Mobile, and they told me the only way they could remove the locking lug nuts was to break them off. I decided to pass.
I drove down the road and stopped at another Firestone in Ocean Springs, Mississippi. They were getting ready to close, but they recommended I try NTB just down the road.
I explained my situation to the team at NTB, and they didn't hesitate for a second. They immediately got to work. They were able to remove all four locking lug nuts and replace both front tires in about one hour!
I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the team at NTB in Ocean Springs. They were friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely willing to help when I was in a difficult situation traveling far from home.
Thank you to the entire NTB team in Ocean Springs, MS, for going above and beyond. You made a frustrating day a whole lot better!
I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs tire service or automotive work. Great job, guys!”
“Today I called and no one answered. Leslie called back a few min later see what I needed. That attention to detail flows over to the workmanship. Great over all experience.”
“I scheduled an appointment to have new tires and a front end alignment the crew at Goodyear Ocean Springs exceeded my expectations. The staff has friendly and professional. The work on my truck was completed in a timely manner with care taken to do it right the first time. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. My experience was 10 out of 10”
“Passing through town and stopped for the night. Woke up the next morning at the hotel and had a large screw in my tire. Took it to RNR that Saturday morning and being understanding of my situation, got me right in and took care of me quickly. Super friendly staff. Was overall a great experience considering the situation. Thanks y’all for your help.”
