“I bought a pair of camp boots during the holidays and they have seemed to have had a small defect on 1 boot. I took them back today and explained the issue I had and the lady at the counter was very apologetic and immediately said I would get a new pair which made me quite happy, then another guy working beside her asked what size and brought back a different upgraded style boot and said if I wanted them I could upgrade at NO additional cost, which made me even happier! Also they threw in some other goodies for and again apologized for my troubles and any inconvenience while saying to come back if I had any other issues. Drakes customer service is Above Par over anything I have encountered in the last few years with any products which means I will continue to purchase from them if they carry an item I need. Pics are of my original pair and the BMFs they swapped out, a heck of a deal I feel.”

“The store manager, Amy was very helpful and informative. I told her the issues with my one foot that has a bunion and bone spur on it. When I walk, I have a lot of discomfort by the time I finish walking, she brought out three different brands of shoes and the last brand was one that has the Wide toe box. It felt great and when we did her 3.3 miles the other day my foot was not hurting after the walk. It was a very good first experience and I plan to visit again .”
