One of the best selections in Oxford! They also let you sample various whiskey/bourbon before you buy. After one trip High Cotton became my go-to liquor store.

The staff is very knowledgeable. If I ever have a question they almost never even have to ask another staff member. And they carry Pol Roger champagne, That was Churchill's favorite and I pick one up anytime I have a special occasion.
