“What an amazing little place in the middle of nowhere. Seriously the BEST prime rib steak I've ever tasted!! Cooked to perfection over pecan wood... ? It was AMAZING. The store was clean and organized and the people were so kind and genuinely interesting!! The food came fast and the best price on prime rib I've ever seen. Came with side salad, loaded baked potato, and drink. They have a nice outdoor pavilion or indoor seating with COLD A/C. The bathroom was clean and inviting. We will DEFINITELY be back!! 100% worth the motorcycle ride (or drive) from Long Beach!!”
“Was a nice gentleman overseeing stand. We held light conversation as other patrons were coming and going. Mentioned I was suprised stand was open on sunday. Shared with me, him and his brother run stand and it has been there for approximately 30 years, currently open seven days a week 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.. He also shared that alot of vegetables for sale at stand are grown by both him and his brother. My wife and I purchased pint jar of pickled beets, spaghetti squash & creole tomato. As other customers were coming and going during our conversation, failed to learn the gentleman's name. Next time in area will stop again, buy some more locally grown vegetables and properly introduce myself.”

“I like this handy little DG market in our area. It is much closer than driving 12 miles (one way) into Picayune. It's also a good place to sometimes find some green bananas & good avocados, not that over-ripe stuff.”
