I hadn't been there in about a year. I decided to go in there the other day and get my usual items. I was greeted by the most professional ckerk. The clerk was a very nice, young man.”

“Recently I had a good bit of confusion about one of my prescriptions. In trying to clear this up I spoke several times both by telephone and in store at the pharmacy desk to various employees. Every time the CVS employee was patient, courteous, and helpful. I know they are very busy, but they always made me feel like I was very important to them. Thank you CVS for caring.”
“The employees are friendly but some of the pharmacy individuals are rude and even had the audacity to ask if my fiance was pregnant once, I went to get her meds refilled and the app said out of stock for a few days and I went to check in person to see the status of it and the lady had an attitude after their meal break about it, wish the pharmacy techs had the same energy as their front cashiers”

“I'm waiting in a 6 car line divided by the 2 lanes and when I finally get to the speaker, she asked me the name so I told them they said hold on while I get that ok so I'm expecting to hear a dob verification or an address verification but nope they go ahead and help the next 4 cars in line while I'm still waiting, 5 minutes pass I clicked the help button and a lady come on and says please hold shes helping the other car (3rd car already), and hangs up, two minutes later the meds are coming down with no security verification, what was my reason for my wait”
“Y’all’s pharmacy is pathetic ! Y’all’s call system is broken! Can’t hear half the options when you’re just trying to refill a prescription and you can’t ever get in touch with an actual pharmacy tech. I just waited over 30 minutes at the drive through! And I couldn’t leave because the woman took my ID and wouldn’t come back to the window! Going inside wouldn’t have helped either because everyone who pulled up behind me left and went inside and stood around for just as long! There is no sense of urgency at all which I find ridiculous since all your pharmacist does is pretty much just simple basic math! And then your techs just have to run the insurance to see if you have to pay anything! Oh and this wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t for the fact that my prescription were suppose to be filled before 7pm last night ! Here it is 3pm the next day, and I still had to wait over 30 minutes . And then the pharmacy rep tells me I can’t sit at the window and wait but then proceeds to not come back to the window to help or even check to see if anyone was at the window other than me! Never apologized for the wait time or anything! DO BETTER!”

“This is a really good Love's TS. The store was clean, well maintained and stocked.
The store staff was very professional and friendly which always makes it a pleasant experience.
? They have the usual Love's food, griller items along with salads and sandwiches. There is also a Bojangles inside for additional food selections.
? The restroom was clean and well maintained.
? There is a small laundry room for drivers, it's on the way back to showers.
? Shower was very with lots of hot water and not bad water pressure.
?️ The truck parking lot is a good size with lots of room to maneuver around into parking spot.
This love's has a shop for basic service.”
