“Had a great experience with this company! Everyone else complaining about issues, and getting no help, that's 100% on the retailer you chose to purchase your things from. I have had one of their power reclining sofas for years, and never had an issue. Upon delivery there was a slightly large gap from the frame being a bit bent, but my retailer got it fixed for me right away, no questions asked. Has been a pleasure to watch movies in ever since, and I would definitely purchase from this manufacturer again. Can't tell you how many people I have recommended their stuff to, and they are just as happy as me! Don't let the complainers deter you. Weird things happen, and as long as you have a quality retailer to shop at, there is no reason why any issue can't be fixed!”
