“I was extremely pleased with this Enterprise location. They were very professional and my salesman Devin was very straightforward. Very knowledgeable and explained everything to the T. He took his time and made sure I was satisfied and that I understood what he said. Upon my return he was the same person I met that Saturday, on a Monday. Normally Mondays are hard for us, not Devin he was energetic and ready for the day. “U-Rental Inc. had 12 and 15 passenger vans available AND they had the BEST prices compared to every other rental company I called. Our 12 passenger van was clean and reliable. There was enough sitting room for everyone and lots of room for luggage. And, I absolutely loved speaking to Ms. Bernie each time I called and she was even more delightful in-person!”
“This was a good experience. Payless and Avis are connected, and the employee was very helpful. I think his name was Jeff and seemed to have a customer service attitude that was over and above what might be expected. I got a very good car and I will use them again if I am down in that area.”
“The customer service rep in the store was nice and helpful, even at the last minute when I was having issues with my credit card.
I didn't have any problems with the process or any extra charges. The cost was reasonable and expectations were fair.
The only thing that I would change is I would not get the standard car again. It was a nissan sentra and I thought it was going to be a larger car. That could have been my mistake but I can't blame them for that.”

“rented a car to go to Portsmouth Virginia from ridgeland Mississippi Friday of august 30th of 2017 I think it was, and so my parents rented the car at 8:00am and they didn't have it so we had all our bags ready to go and we didn't have our rental car so we had to wait another day which was giving us less days to hang out with our family so the next day my parents went to go get the rental car and they budget rental car hooked us up with a jazz blue 2017 Chrysler 300 Limited which was very nice had a lot of nice features it even had a backup camera and air vents and two usb outlets in the back of the center console for my brother and me, even and the rental car even did GREAT got us to Virginia safely and back home safely even though they messed up they gave us a upgrade and we appreciated it and will be renting from them again very soon”

“Flew into town on short notice some weeks back to visit a family member who was hospitalized at Baptist. The people at the front desk both inside and in the garage were very nice and they were able to get me into a car before my reservation time. The rental was nice, clean, and had low miles ~12000 or so. My only complaint is that the first vehicle they gave me had an expired tag from July. Which, from my experience renting cars through the years, happens a lot(which is why I made sure to check the tag). Even then, that vehicle was nice and clean, just had an expired tag. They had no issues getting me into another vehicle though. I was hesitant to rent with this Avis given all of the bad reviews(maybe I got lucky), but I wouldn't hesitate to rent with them again.”

There was a long line waiting for cars that were not yet available. Kia was calm, professional, pleasant, kind, patient and interacted with each customer with respect and explained the situation.

“I have been trying to think of the agent that helped me name. I think she said it was Tamesis. She was so pleasant and understanding. I was in a dilemma heading to Orlando the very next day to take 5 senior boys on a 7 day cruise. She found a vehicle to fit us without inconveniencing us and i was so grateful for her patience and knowledge. She remembered the inventory and called to see if it was available. I brought souvenirs back from our trip but she wasn’t in. Hope to see her on our next rental visit. Thank you so much for providing such great care”
