“If I could give TEN STARS, I would without hesitation!! Adam Cofer, sole mechanic and owner of Wrench Werkz, was able to fix a mysterious issue with my brake lights. Adam’s extensive automotive knowledge pinpointed the tiniest mechanical issue that was causing my brake lights to not work when my headlights were on (yet they worked fine when my headlights were off). With the sun setting sooner in the evening, it was imperative to figure out what was going on. He figured it out during a time that worked best for my schedule and in a timely manner! Adam not only fixed my brake lights, he brought me priceless peace of mind at a fair price while I’m transitioning into a new job. Thank you SO MUCH Adam! “I waited 2 hours for my vehicle to be serviced. I chose to wait, by the way. However, it didn't feel like I was there for 2 hours. The amenities are phenomenal! The coffee and snack bar, the multiple lounge areas that are set up to meet specific needs-working on laptops, watching TV, kids area, etc. I have had other vehicles (ahem, a Lexus) and the service area did not compare. Not to mention the kind and professional staff!! Good job, guys and gals! Y'all are killing it! ?”

“European Coachworks is a God sent blessing!!! I had unfortunate accident, a deer hit my brand new Mazda CX-90. Berry who is the greatest (ask for him) he fixed my vehicle back just like new!!! I can’t see any imperfections! My insurance company wanted to send me to there body shops & I knew was getting taking advantage of. They were definitely going to cut corners and get away with a sloppy job. Berry fought my insurance company! He made them add the correct parts & most importantly he made them blend in the paint. I own several businesses & I trust and I’m grateful for Berry - European Coach Works, he is honest! You might have to wait to get scheduled but trust me it’s worth the wait.”

This company got our car in, checked it out and called me the next day with an estimate. This was a Thursday I think and told me it would be the next Friday before it would be ready. They called me the following Monday and told me it was ready. GREAT service, SUPER nice people and goes beyond what they tell you. I will use them if ever needed again.”

After a productive discussion with Mr. White, we successfully reconciled the discrepancies that arose due to a human error in the initial diagnosis of my vehicle. “i’ve been here for almost a year (9 months) and i’m in the newer/updated units for reference. the day before moving in, i got a call from the office informing me that the laundry room was flooded due to our upstairs neighbors washing machine leaking, but the maintenance crew got everything cleaned, patched up, and painted by the time we moved in the next morning (less than 24 hours). there are some issues with mold but it’s to be expected with apartment buildings. we’ve had a few issues with the water and plumbing problems but maintenance has always come by to check it out within 24 hours or less. after talking with stephanie and deciding to move forward with my application, it was denied (i can’t really remember why) but i know it had something to do with my last apartment. i had to get some information from them but it was in texas so i couldn’t just go up there and they never answered the phone or emails from me so stephanie took it upon herself to call my last apartment to try to get the information, along with me calling as well. she took time out of her days and went out of her way to help me get in touch with them. she, along with everyone else in the office and maintenance, are so patient and kind. it’s absolutely beautiful out here, it’s near shopping malls, grocery stores, and gas stations. i love that it’s kinda out of the way of everything too. not a whole lot of traffic going on and pretty quiet. the prices are a little high but definitely more affordable than most. they have a new program that you can rent out a washer and dryer in unit, the have an app that you can split your rent into two separate payments, if you choose to, so it’s easier to manage money, they send out email reminders/announcements to keep everyone updated on what’s going on.”

“I am unsure why there are so many mixed reviews over time expectations. Its a vehicle. It takes 5 engineers to design and build a car. You want to be upset at 1 technician or service advisor who is there trying to fix the problem. This place has the right team and right set of people to fix anything! But it takes time to solve a problem! I had my truck at another location getting worked on and decided it was time to give someone else a chance. The last place had my vehicle for 6 weeks with no positive outcome and 5k of my money. Ridgeland service center figured out what my issues were and fixed it in a fair and timely matter(less than 2 weeks) at thousands less than the other location. Thank you!”
