“This is a great place to shop. I've been coming for years off and on. The only odd thing is that in a huge store, there is only one place to check out, which seems sort of out of the way. Big John Deere dealer. You can buy a new Stihl chainsaw, fishing lures, pet supplies and clothes all in the same place. It is decent.”

Within an hour, they had me set up in the most supportive and comfortable shoes I have ever had. I immediately went for a two mile walk and enjoyed every step. The sales lady was very knowledgeable of the boots and took her time to help me and make sure I was very happy with the boots before I bought them. “Shopped there on Saturday, January 20th. Customer service was EXCELLENT. I wish I knew the young ladies' names who were at the register. They were extremely nice and very helpful. This was around 1:30 that afternoon. One of them helped me save $12 with Charlotte Russe online coupons on an app she told me about that I didn't know anything about. The other employee on the floor was very nice and very helpful too! I will definitely go back and recommend to many friends to go there. Keep up the great work! I don't know why these other reviews are complaining. Everything was sized correctly and in the right racks. My daughter and I were appropriately greeted. U can't please everyone. The "Customer is always right" concept doesn't mean the customers give employees a hard time bc they think they looked at them the wrong way. People should look up the meaning of that. Thanks!”

“My daughter needed a dress for a high school beauty pageant. I called so many places and they all wanted $300 - $450 for a dress rental. I’m a full time nursing student and can’t afford that much right now so I was in full panic mode because we had already paid for her entry into the pageant as well as tickets for our family to get entry into the pageant as well; and she was really looked forward to this day. I called BB’s From the Heart Rentals on a whim after frantically searching tons of places and calling one after another. That was the best phone call ever! Not only did Mrs. Fae ( sorry if that’s not the correct spelling) explain the dress rental process to us she also had the perfect dress for my daughter. She instantly fell in love with a dress and even got the matching earrings. The prices were just right for a mom on a strict budget. The entire process was amazing thanks to Mrs. Fae. She was so kind and easy going. It felt as though we had known her for years. Her shop was small but she had so many beautiful choices. I would definitely recommend her business to anyone. Thank you so much Mrs. Fae ?.”
