I only went in to get a few tires plugged or patch and I was recommended that I needed brand new tires due to the upcoming weather. I was a little reluctant because I was on a budget but needed to be on the highway immediately for a family emergency and they saved the day! “Cheers to this store, and the young man who was serving at the counter today (September 12, 2023.) One edge of my front bumper had popped out. A body shop told me last week I needed a new bumper and quoted the appropriate price for replacement. I told them I would sleep on it. Today I came to Auto Zone on Getwell near Goodman Road in Olive Branch/Southaven. There was a helpful young man at the counter who said he thought I might just need a screw replaced. He grabbed his flashlight and a screw from a container of odd nuts and screws at the counter, and had my bumper in place within 5 minutes. It wasn't broken at all, just needed to be reattached. I have always sworn by the staff at Auto Zone Stores, and today just confirmed that impression once again.”

I was contacted EVERYDAY with an update. Even when I called to inquire for additional information someone always picked up the phone and that says a lot especially in customer service! “I went here around about a year or two ago. I never wrote a review then but this shop was amazing. He fixed my quarter panel in one day whereas no other shops could even get me in for weeks out. The price was at least 3x what other shops were quoting me. And when I dropped my vehicle off, it was icy outside and I was having to walk home (I didn’t live very far) with my daughter who was about 6 at the time, and he even offered us a ride. Seriously such a good experience. Highly recommend for all collision work.”

“Landers Ford South was more then helpful with my purchasing experience. I know what I wanted on my next vehicle and after a long and wide search nation wide I was able to locate the perfect match. I'm in Northern Illinois and there are plenty of other Ford dealers between Chicagoland and Memphis but the treatment I received from Landers staff (in particular from Taylor Wondries and Michael McKinney) was outstanding. They ensure that I had all the details on the vehicle and the paperwork in order prior to my trip there. Once at the dealer, I felt like a true VIP, they took their time to get me all familiarized with the new options and functions of the truck. I'm a car person, so it was nice to have Mike dedicate his time to simply chat about all the in's and out's specially with an EV. After my road trip back home, I still needed their support as buying out of state for a IL resident appears to be a challenge for Illinois Secretary of State to process tags and registration. However, the staff at Landers went above and beyond by offering all their help possible to ensure I can enjoy my brand new vehicle. I won't be due for a vehicle for a while, but I'll be sure to always think of Landers and the amazing experience I had. “After looking at Ram 2500’s and seeing there were only 4 on the entire lot and none with leather seats which I must have, I headed to my truck to leave when I heard a voice. That voice was Chase who offered to help. I told him I was not interested in the trucks because they did not have leather. He said that not having leather was no problem, if I liked the truck we could put leather seats in it. No salesman has ever told me that before and I have bought a new truck every two to 3 years for the last 30 plus years. My only exterior color must be black or white only. Again only one of the 4 on the lot had my color and I loved the vehicle except for the leather which was a deal breaker for me! Huge kudos to Landers for training their salesmen to be creative in the transaction and to Chase Osborne for giving me the option to upgrade to leather. I did not think that was a possibility! Loved doing business with not only Landers but also Chase. I highly recommend Landers Jeep & Dodge! Also be sure to give Chase a shout if you need a great salesman!”
