“Location: Southaven,Mississippi on Goodman Rd near I55: needs more Customer Service reps at least one per department. The rep that I found however, was helpful. She assisted me with a new dryer purchase and a pair of Rayban Meta glasses which Im extremely excited about! Also, I was able to complete the transaction in the appliance department with the rep and not have to stand in the extremely long holiday line in the front of the store.”
“I just wanted to recognize a super awesome employee by the name of Paul who works in auto radio. I purchased a Kenwood car stereo for my Jeep late last year Jeep installs aren't easy but he did a great job! I think it was before Christmas last year and today I stop in to buy a new iPhone cable. As I walk into the store I bump into Paul he recognizes me and helps me pick out the correct cable That's pretty good customer service”
