“I can't say anything about the office itself. I only used a blue dropbox near the exit. I can at least tell you the dropboxes were in excellent shape and easily accessible by car or truck.”

“The lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. She took care of my packages and scanned them in so I can track them. These were replacement packages because the first time I shipped them from Crosstown they disappeared. Thank you for your help and pleasant attitude!”

“I did have a problem with missing package. It was put in the wrong mailbox. Postal manager was very professional, investigated, traced my package and got my problem solved. I do get the informed delivery scans by email. This is very helpful.”

“We had a wonderful experience today. Clerk 14 at 3:27 pm was super friendly and helpful. She gathered our holiday stamps from multiple locations so we are all set to send out some holiday cards to our friend and family.”

“Every time I’ve used this post office I have been very happy with my choice. I’ve never had to wait too long and the service I have received from the employees has been excellent. I definitely recommend this post office for your mailing needs.”

“Dismayed that others have had bad acknowled. My box was relocated (involuntarily as a former Airport P O Box holder) to this location. Other than someone's they are not fully staffed during some busy times (only one postal clerk with a longer of more than five), I absolutley love the staff. Ms. McGhee is personable, efficient and diligent, Ms. Johnson should try out for Open Mike night at Chuckles; she's a hoot! My all time fave USPS staff were at the downtown location before it closed. Holiday City is a close 2nd!”

“Excellent service by the Lady I dealt with, asked her questions on how to send post cards back to my friend in Canada, she was very polite, took my mail right away and quoted me exactly how much it would cost me to send internationally. The line wasn't too long and the wait time was very short.”

“I needed some stamps so post office it was. I took for granted the big city post offices with the modern technology, so to speak. I thought they might have a machine and you can self serve, but they do not. I only had to wait in line for a few minutes and the postal worker was most pleasant. I got my stamps and off into the world I went!”
